Guests have access to the entire house (minus the locked owner's closet) via keypad entry
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are reliable modes of transportation in the area. 3 cars max allowed at the house. Street parking is allowed but we ask that you please do not block the neighbor's driveway
Other Things to Note:
First, we must inform you there are NO parties or events allowed at this property. There are state and city laws that must be respected, as well as our neighbors. Any parties or gatherings of any kind will result in a minimum fine of $2,000, and will be asked to check out with no refund. The home is outfitted with a Minut device (measures volume decibels; does not record) that notifies us when noise levels at the property exceed the set limit. This is a tranquil neighborhood that's best suited for guests looking for a relaxing getaway. We appreciate your understanding.
Dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, up to 2 dogs included. Dog must be crate trained and please clean up after your dog.
There is one exterior camera are solely to keep track of our cleaning team.
We partner with SUPERHOG for our guest screening process. The SUPERHOG application must be completed by the primary guest listed on the reservation, and the background check must be finalized within 48 hours of booking confirmation, in compliance with State and City regulations. Please note, your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled.
Once confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement that outlines the terms of the stay, which includes agreeing to the following:
-Abide by our rental terms and conditions.
-Provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before check-in.
-Pay a non-refundable $50 damage waiver through SUPERHOG.
This damage waiver covers accidental damage during your stay. Please note, any damage incurred must be reported during your stay to ensure coverage by the waiver.
HOUSE RULES:
Renters agree to cover any cost related to damages that occurred during their stay, including extra-cleaning charges if needed or any unauthorized pets if discovered during or within a reasonable amount of time after their stay. These amounts are charged to the credit card on file and followed by an email breaking down the fees and damages. No charges are ever processed without prior written notice. The minimum fine for damages is $500.
- Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 25 years old to book.
- Primary Host Requirement: A primary host must stay at the rental property.
- Local Guests Notice: Local guests within 4 hours' drive must contact us before booking.
- No Smoking Policy: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited.
- No Events or Parties: Events, group gatherings, or parties are not allowed by state law.
- Security Measures: All bookings require completion of a security check through SUPERHOG.
- Check-In/Check-Out: Strict adherence to check-in and check-out times is required to avoid fines.
- Occupancy Limits: Guests must comply with maximum occupancy and obtain approval for additional guests.
- Quiet Hours: Respectful noise levels must be maintained, especially during quiet hours.
- Property Inspection: Regular inspections ensure compliance with rules and maintenance standards.
- Cancellation Policy: Home Team Vacation Rentals may substitute or cancel bookings under certain circumstances.
- Pet Policy: Pets (if allowed on this particular home) must be pre-approved and comply with property-specific rules.
- Cleaning Guidelines: Guests are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the property.
- Utilities Usage: Guests are responsible for reasonable utility usage.

- No Hold-Over Policy: Guests must vacate the property at the agreed-upon time.

SWIMMING POOL SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & RELEASE:
1. Supervision is key to preventing drowning accidents: never leave children unsupervised in the pool or in the pool vicinity - not even for a second!
2. Always watch children around the pool. Do not rely on barriers to keep children from reaching the pool. No barrier is childproof. Barriers only slow a child's access to the pool.
3. In case of an emergency: act immediately.
4. Shout for help.
5. Pull the child out of the water.
6. Stay with the child and dial 911 (or the local emergency number) for help.
7. Check the airway and breathing. If needed, start CPR immediately (if you are trained)
