House Rules:

1. Registration and presentation of a valid passport or ID are required for all guests and visitors upon entry to the building.
2. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by their parents or provide a notarized authorization.
3. The apartment is for residential, commercial, or leisure purposes only; no events or parties are allowed.
4. Any damages to the apartment or belongings must be reported, and a corresponding fee will be applied.
5. In case of fire, do not use the elevator.
6. Smoking any substances in the building or apartment, including cigarettes and tobacco, is strictly prohibited; a $50.0 USD fine will be applied per infraction.
7. Objects cannot be left with building security guards.
8. Pets are welcome but caution is advised.
9. Any activity related to sexual or drug trafficking will be reported to authorities according to Law 679 of 2001. Minors entering tourist establishments for prostitution or sexual abuse purposes are strictly prohibited.
10. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
11. When leaving the apartment, ensure to turn off the air conditioning, lights, and close windows and the entrance door.
12. Avoid leaving keys inside the apartment as it will require the assistance of a locksmith with an additional cost to unlock it from the outside.
13. To respect the environment, please be mindful of water and electricity consumption.
14. Building security does not assume responsibility for losses within the apartment; surveillance cameras operated by a private security company are located in elevators and corridors for your safety.
15. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Upon departure, dispose of trash properly and hand over keys to the host. Please communicate your departure time and ensure to close windows and doors. We kindly ask to keep noise levels low, especially on weekdays and during nighttime, otherwise a $150 USD fine will be applied. Additional cleaning services available for $100,000 COP. By confirming the reservation, you agree to these rules.
