We are located 15 mins south from the Biltmore Estate, nearby Hendersonville Road. You get the luxury of seclusion while still having the convenience of shopping and dining close by. The multitude of outdoor activities in this country oasis are abundant.

HANDICAP ACCESS
You may enter through the front door, however there are no bedrooms on this floor. There is an entrance to the ground floor bedroom with no steps. We do not provide handicap rails in the bathrooms.

MOUNTAIN HOME BUG DISCLAIMER.
We do our utmost to control insects. However we are in the mountains so insects can still get into the home despite our best efforts. A few might get in during your stay. Lady bug seasons are common in Asheville. We spray and vacuum but they can still accumulate daily. It is a common occurrence for all homes in this area.

Beautiful location and views!

Loved the house and deck. Absolutely perfect for the size of our group. We did have a little difficulty because there are no bedrooms on the main floor which made things a bit difficult for our elderly grandmother who has mobility issues, but otherwise it was clean and charming! We were grateful for 4 wheel drive, but even the Chevy Malibu made it up the hill with no trouble.

Located just minutes from downtown Asheville, and a beautiful view. The house itself is very nice--clean, roomy, and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect location for our girls trip to Biltmore and downtown Asheville. Plenty of space and the beds are very comfortable. The view was amazing!

Property as described. Great stay and location.

The property was as described and the pictures are accurate. Great views with a remote feel while being pretty close to the downtown area. We really enjoyed our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to come back and stay again.

Nice house with beautiful views!

My girlfriends and I rented the house for a girls weekend away. It was perfect for the 7 of us with easy access to downtown Asheville and Biltmore Estate.

Beautiful and comfortable spot for a group!

Really enjoyed this location! Great views and good hangout space. It is a bit of a steep climb up a gravel road for the drivers but great spot! Large bathroom in the upstairs master (2 double beds) which was nice for lots of people to share.

Mountain vacation

Home was clean and as pictured. It made you feel that you were away from civilization, but it was a short drive to get into downtown Asheville. We had a wonderful time and look forward to staying there again!

Perfect Location for Golf and Brewery Retreat!

The renter was extremely accommodating in every way and responded diligently to all questions and concerns prior to arrival. House was in very good condition, clean, with all amenities provided. Could not have asked for a better weekend.

Quiet property with a fantastic view

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed spending our Christmas holiday at the property even though we had to leave earlier than planned due to inclement weather headed our way. It was very close to town but felt a million miles away. Great place to unwind but with all of the creature comforts including high speed WiFi.

Comfortable with a great view

The space was perfect for our party of 5. Views were excellent. No problems with the drive up to the house—just follow the directions and you’ll be fine. Saw 2 bears take a dip in the pool-that was fun. Also a wild turkey family. Grill works great. Highly recommended for your quiet family get together.

Great views and location

The house was an easy drive to various sites, grocery stores and restaurants. It was well maintained and had plenty of room. We enjoyed the deck and comfortable furnishings. Camille did a nice job of communicating and was a joy to work with. Two musts for Asheville is the Biltmore and a beer tour or two. Camille provided an extensive list of recommended things to do nearby and that was also helpful.

Beautiful Views

This property has beautiful views! We enjoyed our stay, however, I feel like we had a laundry list of chores to do before we checked out for the day otherwise we would be charged additional fees. I felt like this made the trip a little more stressful when it should have been relaxing.

Relaxing Weekend in the Mountains

Beautiful view of the mountains from the deck. Very comfortable beds! Large kitchen. House just as described and pictures reflect accurately. Our group of 6 had a great time! (be aware that the roads to get to the house involve winding, mountain roads.... but that's how you get the views..that's why the 4 for location...15 mins from Asheville downtown)

Fabulous view and great deck overlooking the mountains

There are 2 driveways so I would recommend parking only in the upper driveway. We had a mini van and had trouble getting out of the lower driveway. Kitchen was well equipped. We ate dinner every night at the house. The grill was a nice touch. Our visit was mid October so the foliage was magnificent.

Family Vacation

Our three generations of families had a great vacation in Asheville. The home was plenty spacious for us nine adults and baby and had all we needed. We had no need to contact the owners for anything and they never bothered us. Home was great and the view was beautiful. The location felt way out but we were only minutes from city. We highly recommend this property! Now, if Camille had control of the weather....

Great Location

This house is a great location to everything. We stayed here for 5 days with my family and it worked out perfectly. The deck was lovely to sit out with coffee in am and wine in pm. We even had a visitor (neighbors dog) stop by a few times on the deck. The fire pit was nice as well. The house is appointed nicely and the toys for the kids were a gods send however missed having the DVD player so we went and bought one for the kids and wished there was a crock pot. Other than that is was super nice. Thank you for a lovely vacation.
