* 1-2 hours of Kayak route departures from San Pedro del Pinatar for two people 120 euros
The Kayak rental cost is ten euros per hour (June, July, August until 15th of September)

The new urbanization "Flamenca Village" consists of beautiful communal areas with swimming pools, including a heated pool for adults and children, several hot water whirlpools, children's pool, play area, water fountains, gym and sauna facilities. By the main pool you will find a chillout bar for drinks and snacks.

Flamenca Village is a private gated community with enclosed surveillance, and there is an underground car park, a bicycle parking and storage room. These apartments have been well designed, offer a lot of comfort, excellent qualities and provide maximum enjoyment in the common landscaped areas of this beautiful residential complex.

The spacious terrace of 19m2 is fully furnished and faces towards the South -West. The complex is fully secured and there is a communal gated parking area with private car parking space and dedicated bicycle parking spots included.

This apartment is situated on floor 1 and is well designed, offering lots of comfort, excellent qualities and allows the maximum enjoyment in the communal landscaped areas of this beautiful residencial complex. It includes a double sofa bed ( suitable for 2 children ) a Smart TV , High Speed Wifi and a fully equiped kitchen. There are 2 bedroom with 1 x 2 + 2 x 1 sleeps and 2 bathrooms with shower facility.

PLAYA FLAMENCA LOCATION
Playa Flamenca is a quiet beach-side residential urbanization, located 45 minutes from either Alicante or Murcia Airport. The drive to the town of Torrevieja only takes 15 minutes. Playa Flamenca is part of Orihuela Costa, the most southernly stretch of the Costa Blanca on the east coast of Spain. There are loads of interesting places to visit for culture, history, shopping and so on. The climate here is very nice, and offers over 300 days of sunshine every year.

Whatever you want for your holiday, you will find it in Playa Flamenca – sun, sea and beaches, good food and drink, golfing, children’s activities, watersports and outdoor activity, leisure and chill out time. Several beaches such as Playa Flamenca and La Zenia are just a few minutes walking time away.

The area offers a great variety of shops, dining places and other entertainment opportunities. In the nearby towns, there are many tapas bars and restaurants where you can try the local cuisine. A Mercadona supermarket is located at 100 m of the apartment. Every Saturday, Playa Flamenca has a great flea market with fruit and vegetables and many other items only at 500m walking distance.

CLOSE TO LA ZENIA BOULEVARD
La Zenia Boulevard, your complete shopping and entertainment experience. Zenia Boulevard is the Orihuela Costa’s largest shopping centre and one of the areas most visited tourist attractions, thanks in part to a packed social events calendar that runs throughout the year.

A commercial sanctuary for hardcore consumers and casual window shoppers alike, Zenia Boulevard sports a spectacular 161,000m2 of magnificent retail heaven. More than 150 shops representing global and national Spanish brands are spread across a single floor, navigated via avenues that meander around the shopping complex. Centrally located is a spacious plaza with a lot of entertainment and dining opportunities.
Other things to note
a) Swimming pool, Jacuzzis and Swimming pool garden area:
The use of swimming pools and Jacuzzis shall be according to the following opening
hours:
✓ High season: 1st of July to 31st of August
Opening hours from 7 am to 11 pm - heated swimming pool
Opening hours from 11am to 9 pm - all pools and Jacuzzis
✓ Mid Season: 1st June to 30th June + 1st September to 15th October
Opening hours from 7 am to 11 pm – heated swimming pool
Opening hours from 11 am to 8 pm – all pools and Jacuzzis and Jacuzzis
✓ Low season: 16th of October to 31st of May
Opening hours from 7 am to 7 pm – only heated swimming pool and Jacuzzis
* NOTE: the heated pools will only be on between 16th of October and 31st of May.
However, the Jacuzzis will remain heated all year round.
The rules for the use of the swimming pool, Jacuzzis and garden area are:
✓ It is compulsory to shower before bathing.
✓ The use of inflatable mats and toys inside the pool is not allowed.
✓ Ball games are not allowed in the water and in the garden area of the pool.
✓ Pets are not allowed in the pool and garden area, not even tied up.
✓ Eating and drinking is only allowed in the pool and garden areas designated as "chill
out areas".
✓ Drinking water, in plastic bottles and cups, is permitted throughout the pool area.
✓ Glasses and glass containers are not allowed in the entire pool and chill out area.
✓ Children under 10 years of age must be under adult supervision (+18).
✓ For safety reasons, it is forbidden to dive headfirst into swimming pools.
✓ It is not permited to play or splash water in the wet bar area, between both access
bridges belonging to the Chill out area.
✓ Children under the age of 10 are not allowed to use the Jacuzzi, even when
accompanied by an adult.
✓ Children between the ages of 10 and 14 may use the Jacuzzi under the supervision
of an adult.
✓ Free access to the Jacuzzi from 14 years of age onwards.
✓ The maximum time of continuous use of the Jacuzzi is 15 minutes.
✓ Barbecues are not allowed in the communal areas of the entire residential
complex.
✓ Sun beds can only be reserved if they are to be used at that time.
✓ It is forbidden to place umbrellas and sunbeds on the lawn, to prevent them from
burning.
✓ The use of sunbeds is limited to 4 units per property and only adults over 16 years
b) Chill Out. ✓ The opening and closing times of the chill out will be displayed in a visible area and
will be determined according to the season.
✓ Eating and drinking is only allowed in the pool and garden areas designated as "chill
out areas".
✓ Glasses and glass containers are not allowed in the entire pool and chill out area.
✓ It is the responsibility of each user to leave the area clean of glasses or other
utensils that have been used.
✓ During the opening hours of the chill out, ambient music may be played as long as
it does not exceed a moderate volume limit.
c) Gymnasium. ✓ Opening hours are from 6 am to 11 pm, all year round.
✓ Children between the ages of 10 and 14 may have access to the gymnasium,
always accompanied by an adult.
✓ Free access to the gymnasium from 14 years of age onwards.
✓ Eating and drinking in the gymnasium is not allowed. Only water and/or isotonic
drinks are allowed, and always in plastic bottles.
✓ A towel should always be used while using the machines.
✓ Once you have left the gymnasium, everything must be tidied up, leaving the room
in perfect condition.
d) Sauna, changing rooms and showers.
✓ The opening hours of the changing rooms and showers are from 6 am to 11 pm, all
year round.
✓ The opening hours of the sauna are from 9 am to 10 pm from Nov 1st to April 30th
✓ The organisation of the sauna use, throughout its opening hours, will be subject to
a booking system deposited at the concierge's office. To make use of the sauna,
please contact the Manager of the Residence at the telephone number provided.
Children under the age of 14 are not allowed to use the sauna, even if accompanied
by an adult.
✓ Free access to the gymnasium from 14 years of age onwards.
✓ There is one changing room for men and one for women, but the sauna is for mixed
use.
✓ It is not permitted to remove any items of furniture, machinery, equipment, etc.
from the room.

e) Buildings, Dwellings and Comunal Areas
✓ The use of the wistbrands is mandatory in the hole complex
✓ Any damage that occurs in any community element, the cost of the repair must be
charged to the owner of the apartment.
✓ Guards are entitled to ask people who misbehave, to leave the zone after being a
few times approached by them
✓ Children under 12 years of age may not use the lift unless accompanied by an
adult.
✓ It is not permitted to leave items such as shoes, bicycles, skateboards or beach
items in corridors, stairways and common areas.
✓ No sale or rental signs may be placed on the balconies of dwellings.
✓ Clothes and towels must be laid out indoors, or on the gallery, but never on the
railings of the terraces.
✓ Smoking is not permitted in any part of the residence, inside the buildings or in the
lifts.
✓ Between 12 midnight and 8 am, silence shall be maintained in dwellings and on
terraces
✓ No drones can be used or any other remote controlled device in the whole complex
f) Dogs and Pets.
✓ Those owners or tenants who have a dog, have to held them on the lead in the
whole common area, without exception.
✓ It is totally forbidden to enter the pool area as well as in the chill out area, with
exception of guide dogs.
g) Sotano. ✓ The parking spaces are private property. Do not park your vehicle in someone
else's parking space.
✓ It is not permitted to park outside the area delimited by the lines marked on the
ground
✓ Always make sure that the outside garage door is closed when you enter or leave
the garage with your vehicle.
✓ Smoking is not allowed in the whole garage and not in the lifts.
✓ Do not empty your car ashtray on the garage floor, or throw paper or other rubbish
on the floor, please use the bins.
✓ No maintenance work on vehicles, such as oil changes, are allowed inside the
basement.
