Excellent location right across from the convention center, about a 10 minute walk to the beach, and a 15 minute walk to Ala Moana mall. Dine, swim, surf, and shop all within walking distance.
Fully renovated in June, 2022. Professionally cleaned after each guest. Security in lobby. Includes

-Large sliding window with tropical breezes
-Kitchenette with induction cooktop, microwave, and kitchenware
-Air conditioning included in unit

Parking:
There is a gated parking garage at a daily rate of $45 (Cash Only). If you'd like to save parking fee, you may take the shuttle from the airport and rent vehicles from 808 Smart Car Rentals downstairs and avail their $20 flat rate parking fee per day. They offer a quick and easy rental process. Feel free to check their website for updates and more details.
Check Out Cleaning:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
Linens and towels:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, beach towel, wash towel, and hand towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet and a quilt.
Airbnb Cancellation Policy:
- To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights. If they cancel after that, you’ll be paid 100% for all nights
- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses as well.

**The building follows a regular schedule of water shutdown every 2nd Tuesday of the month to give way for some minor repair and maintenance of the entire building's water system. The said activity happens between 11am-3pm.
If you want to cancel this booking, please note that we follow Airbnb's Strict cancellation policy. Also, we are unable to fulfill requests to shorten trip duration. Nevertheless, we are open and willing to accommodate any additional days or extensions you may require. Thank you for your understanding.
Check Out Procedure - please leave both room card keys in the unit on the table before you check out.
Please be aware a fee will be charged for any of the following reasons:
1) Any towels are missing. $5 per hand/small/kitchen towel and $10 per bath/beach towel [the unit has 2 small towels, 1 hand towel,2 kitchen towels, 2 beach towels, and 4 bath towels given initially].
2) $40 for a lost keycard.
3) Excessive mess or repair/replacement for damages to the room and for any missing items.
4) Any violation/Fines resulting from breaching the association rules and regulation. [Abide by House Rules as enforced by AOAO/Resident Manager. Any Fines will be tenant's Responsibility]
Also, please wash and dry your dishes and take out the trash to prevent odor/bugs staying in the unit. Thank you!
Please understand if the "damage" resulted from assisted animals after checkout, we will have to charge the additional fee before our next guest(s) comes in.
Property owners/managers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The guests are responsible for the safe-keeping of personal belongings or valuables. Damages, breakages and theft, and loss are the guests' responsibility during their stay.
