The Space:

Each unit accommodates up to 5 guests, or if booked together, up to 10 guests can enjoy the entire space. With stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean from the second floor, our stylish retreats, built in 2023, offer modern elegance at its finest. Situated in downtown Flagler Beach, you are just steps away from the sandy beaches, local restaurants, and vibrant bars, ensuring a perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment during your stay.

Upon arrival, ascend to the second floor where you are greeted by a spacious balcony deck, the ideal spot for morning coffee as you soak in the breathtaking ocean panorama. Inside, the modern kitchen features granite countertops, perfect for creating delicious meals while enjoying the beautiful seascape. Unwind in the cozy family room, complete with a flat-screen Smart TV for your entertainment needs.

The primary bedroom provides a restful retreat with a comfortable queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a large walk-in shower and a built-in washer and dryer for your convenience. The second guest bedroom offers a full-size bed in Unit A and a queen-size bed in Unit B, sharing a stylish second bathroom with the den, which can also be transformed into a sleeping space for 1-2 additional guests or serve as a luxurious home office.

Guest Access:
Free parking in the front or rear side of the building. Beach walk over directly across the street from the building. Trailer parking is $25/ day

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!
