**Home is for sale. Reduction in price for any inconvenience. Renter will agree to open home for showings by agents with 24 hour notice or specify certain days of the week. Home will also need to be tidy for showing. This will be written in the contract and will be considered breach of contract if you do not comply. This is a 29 day minimum house rental up to 45 days per renewal period. A new contract can be drawn up each period.
