Outstanding Place to Stay for Disney Vacation

We loved this place! It was great having our own pool but our family really loved the clubhouse pool. It’s an easy drive to any of the Disney resorts. We would definitely recommend this place.

All went well because our host was considerate and attentive to our needs. Pool wasn't heated when we arrived assuming a breaker tripped. Someone was there immediately to take care of it and we were credited for that day of pool heat. Excellent service!

My friends and I were attending a virtual conference and this was the perfect location and perfect layout to do just that! We enjoyed the fully functioning and equipped kitchen and perfect amount of room for us all. The house was spotless and so comfy!

Orlando Visit

Our family of eight had a wonderful stay. Manuel was quick to answer all of our questions. The resort was very quiet and we were able to enjoy pool time on the large back patio. The club house and resort pool area was perfect for our family, with two pools, one was perfect for our young grandchildren. The kitchen was well equipped as we prepared most of our meals. We would highly recommend!

Great Property!

This location is a bit of a hike to Orlando, but well worth it for the quiet, peaceful, and hospitable home. Great place for friends and family! Ps. Just pay the extra $25 for the heated pool…well worth it!

Great place

Resort community clean, in a fantastic location. Townhouse unit clean and just as described. Rooms were spacious for our group of 7, and enjoyed the 3 bathrooms…very convenient. Property owner was very responsive and always kind. Our stay got cut short thanks to Milton, but the property was great.

Good location and house

Good size for family of four with grandma too. Plenty of bathrooms. Pool was great to have. As with any Vrbo I wish the bedding and towels were better but I get it…the one smaller bed leaned a little but not a big deal. New touchups and paint. Overall no complaints and we would stay again. Quiet neighborhood was a plus too

Amazing location and property

Location is perfect for Disney. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. The days we didn't spend at disney we were at the pool. It had everything 2 families with 4 kids could want. Manuel is an accommodating and kind host. Would definitely stay there again!

Our site was very well suited for us. Clean and spacious. Thought we were to have a hot tub but i pribably misunderstood. We really enjoyed the 2 pools and hit tubs at the clubhouse. Would stay here again.

Have stayed in various houses around Encantada ,my ladt stayed was nice we had no kettle and a cheese grater we contacted the owner he sorted it for us the house was nice only gripe id say is our food had to be put on the table as no space to put it any where as no cupboard space we did pay for pool heating but it was too hot so wouldnt pay for it again would i stay again maybe yes Encantada is about 40 minute drive to Universal

Great Time Had By All

The location was extremely good, close to Disney, Target, Walgreens, a number of restaurants with delivery service and even a gas station. We didn't actually interact with the property manager as everything was in order. The house was perfect for our family of 6 with lots of room to spare. We really enjoyed the pool, it was worth every penny having it heated. Manuel was an excellent host.

Great place to stay!

All around it was a great place to stay, communication with the owner was terrific. I had a few questions about the amenities such as the coffee maker. My husband wanted to know if it was a keurig or a regular coffee pot. It is a regular coffee pot and we’re told we would have to supply our own filters and of course coffee. When we got to the house there were enough filters for our entire stay and a small bag of coffee waiting for us. My husband was very pleased. The house was clean and the pool was warm.

Outstanding!

Thank you for giving my family and I the opportunity to stay at your home. We had an amazing time enjoying the amenities of both your home and Encantada Resort! The home looked exactly like it appeared through the pictures on the web site. Our family now has 7 adults and it easily accommodated all of us in the 4 bedrooms. The value we received for our family to all stay in the same home while on vacation in Orlando was tremendous! When we first arrived, the pump in the private pool was not working but it was fixed within a few hours after telling the property management team. I was impressed with the customer service we received from them! We will stay here again if going to Orlando and will most definitely recommend your property to our friends traveling to Orlando.

Beautiful stay!

This home was such a delight! We had a girls weekend running the Disney Princess Half Marathon and Manuel’s home was perfect. It’s clean, bright and welcoming. We were only a group of four, but there was space for plenty more. We had a little trouble with the WiFi cutting in and out and not being terribly reliable. Also, the welcome book mentioned there would be starter supplies for cleaning dishes and there were not, so we went and bought our own. But these were such minor things. After all, we came to run a race and visit our favorite mouse! The property is close to the theme parks and right up the street from a Publix, Target, Walgreens, gas stations and some fun places to eat. Everything you need right on one area! Manuel was pleasant to be in contact with; kind, respectful and professional. We truly appreciate him sharing his home with us! I would definitely recommend a stay here. You will, no doubt be satisfied.

Orlando Vacation

We had a very nice stay at this property. It was close to most Parks( 30-45min depending on traffic). It was a nice neighborhood and we loved the security of the gated community. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of plates, pots, pans, glasses etc. Bedding was nice and plenty of towels. We would stay again. A few cons: The upstairs gets warmer and doesn't seem to cool off like the main level ( even with ceiling fans going), the kitchen could use a few things like: basic measuring cups and a casserole pan or two and some mixing bowls. The one disappointment our teens had was that when we visited the club house, though it was large as quoted, it is mostly empty office space. We found no game room, table tennis, pool table or ping pong and no arcade machines as pictured. We asked the manager at the desk and she said they didn't have anything like that on this property. We also asked about the Catch and release fishing and that also is not available anymore. They stopped that a year ago. We had planned one of our days to do some fishing and just play at the club house but outside of swimming no real reason to be at the club house. They do have a bar and the bar serves basic bar food: pretzels, pizza, chicken fingers, etc. Not what I would quote as a restaurant or Cafe but it was food if you were swimming and wanted a quick type lunch. The other thing that would have been really nice is if a small grille was at the property. I believe there is one at the club house ( but who wants to pack up the meal and take it to the club house to cook?) and I am sure we could of planned ahead and maybe called and asked for one- possibly it could have been worked out. But just having the options to throw some hamburgers or hotdogs on the grille while the family is swimming in the condo pool would have been really nice. Even if it was a small charcoal grille. We did have an issue with the coffee pot not working and we called @ 830am and they replaced it later that afternoon, that was appreciated ( we missed our morning coffee lol) All in all a nice place to stay.
