Ceci est une unité de deux chambres. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king. La chambre d'hôtes dispose de deux lits doubles. Il est 3TV de et 1DVD. ensemble est carrelé. Unité n'a pas de maître salle de bain canapé .Le a une douche à l'italienne et d'un jacuzzi. Il n'y a pas de barres de sécurité. L'unité dispose d'une cuisine ouverte de sorte que vous pouvez encore profiter de votre famille et vos amis pendant que votre préparation des repas. Il a un balcon ouvert avec vue imprenable sur le littoral. Profitez de votre café du matin tôt ou tard le soir dîner sur le balcon tout en profitant de la vue. Il y a une laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité pour votre commodité. Rénové Cuisine avec comptoirs en granit et appareils en acier inoxydable.
Nous sommes situés à distance de marche de 5+ restaurants, épicerie, pharmacie, et quelques magasins.

Awesome Property

Excellent location over looking the beach, nice pool. Easy parking. We had a wonderful time. It was so easy checking in and out. The washer and dryer is a must on vacation so you can arrive with clean clothes and leave with clean clothes.

Best Vacation Ever

Beautiful View

I have stayed in Shoreline Towers 5 Times, such a beautiful view from 7th floor best view ever ! The Condo was roomy,clean and updated yay 😀 the only downside is the property was dirty and filthy 🤬 from construction being done, a real eyesore but other than that We really Enjoyed Ourselves ❤️

LOVE Shoreline Towers 😍

Reviewer Comments: This is our 2nd summer staying in 2075 and it was wonderful as usual with the exception of the balcony being closed, it kind of took away from the vacation but we worked with it. Hopefully by next time, the construction will be completed. Hope to see you next year.

Felt like home to us for a week and we have four children that stayed comfortably in the second bedroom. It was cooler then normal temps outside so the heated pool came in handy for the kids. Just beware that they may want to keep doing that instead of going to the ocean, lol. I would recommend this condo and location

Worked from here the month of February and could not have enjoyed the home or location more. Great restaurants and stores in walking and biking distance. Plenty more for a short drive. Furniture a bit large and outdated but beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. Condo was great size for a 2bed/2bath. All staff and security were great. Felt very safe and at home. We would stay here again anytime.

As construction was still ongoing there were many mornings with constant , loud grinding noises . As far as the Unit itself goes . Very comfortable and clean . Good views of the Gulf . We had issues with the T.V’s but this was corrected in a few days . A good vacation Unit . Would return for sure . Hopefully construction will be completed . And the outside landscaping etc. completed as well .

The lighting situation is very dim. No hair dryer in unit, the unit doesn’t cool great on one side of condo, garbage disposal doesn’t work. All in all would stay again, because these aren’t deal breakers, and are “first world” complaints.

Amazing Place

Firstly, the pictures should be updated because the unit is beautiful and updated! No red paint, nice comfy modern couches, modern light fixture over the big round kitchen table. This place has SUCH AN AMAZING VIEW in every single room! The view from the living room blew us away when we first walked in! This is a large unit and was absolutely perfect for myself, husband, teen and 6 year old. Sharon the unit manager is super responsive any time I sent her a message! The A/C is AMAZING!! The room stayed cold the entire trip! The patio is huge with lots of chairs and a beautiful view! I would absolutely stay here again! I’m only sharing this next part for people so they can prepare: This unit doesn’t provide any spices (not even salt and pepper) or ANY condiments. Stock up at the store before you head over! They do provide LOTS of cookware, utensils, plates and cups. Also! This unit does not provide beach towels. Saying this for fellow travelers: either pack your own or there are lots of gift shops who sell them. Other than those two items, it is a perfect, beautiful place to stay! Can’t wait to return!! Horrible hammer drills at all times

I will say in their defense the website does state that there is construction going on. However the workers that have been drilling holes into the concrete walls with LOUD hammer drills and concrete saws right beside my front door starting at 8am sharp every single say is a little much. Alot of men are outside my door where I can't even walk out of room without tripping over tools or touching the wet paint ON my door and on the rug. Toliet in guest room doesnt work. Poorly lit area at the entrance swems like a safety concern. I would not have stayed here for free had I known just how bad this was gonna be. Also stay away from the elevator is hits the wall on the way down looks like an old service elevator not one for paying guest.

The unit is a perfect size, plenty of room to hang with family & friends. The kitchen had everything you could need...except scissors! Now that I think about it, I'm not sure any places we've rented has had them, LOL!! My issue comes with the master bed, so hard-even with the topper & the pillows were also hard. But, if you like a super firm mattress & pillows, this is your jam! It was clean, but could have been a bit cleaner...I'm wondering if they hurried since it was Easter weekend. Nothing horrible, just some random crumbs. So many places to walk to! Winn Dixie across the street & walkable if necessary. Short walk to 2 fabulous restaurants that you must go check out. La Paz & Bric a Brac!! Overall, great stay that I would recommend to anyone! Also, great staff at the desk, super upbeat, friendly and helpful!

Great location and views but sleep deprived

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time vacationing at Shoreline Towers for spring break. The location is right on the beach and the property is clean and secure with a heated pool, workout facility and more. It’s great to be able to get up in the morning walk down to the beach and have 2 chairs and an umbrella waiting for you to enjoy the day. As for the rental unit it feels a little cramped with all the large furniture as well an extra chair not needed on the entry to the master which 2 of us stubbed toes pretty hard. The biggest disappointment for me was the bedding which seemed to be older mattresses that are soft with added foam egg shell covers and I prefer a firmer mattress and so I felt like I was in a waterbed. The pillows on the beds have to be from the dollar store and should be replaced immediately and that would be an improvement alone. Overall the unit has a lot to offer, but due to the sleeping conditions I would not stay there again unless that changes. I will add the rental price was fair but if it was my unit I would upgrade the bedding and advertise it and then charge more rent to recoup the investment.

November Stay

The master was very comfortable with a good mattress and a view of the beach. The kitchen was well equipped although we did not do too much cooking. We would book this condo again.

The view is beautiful and just a step away from the beach. Overall, I would give this Unit a 4 of 5 and only doing that because the first time I believe there were renovations prior to our stay making the bathrooms and kitchen areas cleaner. Not to say it wasn't clean but I am a Property Manager so I would look in places other would not.

Great view!Nice unit with some nice improvements.Beach views from both bedrooms.Does need some updated and brighter lighting.Bathrooms and kitchen are updated.Dining room table and chairs are old, heavy and dated. The light over the dining room table flickers and trips the circuit breaker (we told the office about this).Overall, 2075 is a great unit with a GREAT view of the beach.
