Dining room table is perfect for having breakfast and dinner with your group. We also spent late nights outside in the hot tub enjoying conversation with each other. Another great enjoyable thing was the game room. We played lots of card games we brought and enjoyed the pool table down there also. House was very clean and the bathrooms had towels to accommodate our whole group while we were there. Also plenty of beach towels for when we came inside from the hot tub also. Getting Around:
● Drive, bike, or walk within the community. Guests can easily bike to the lake, waterpark, a convenience store, and numerous restaurants. Alternatively, these amenities are just a short 2-5 minute drive away. You will need a car to go anywhere outside of the community. Uber and taxi cabs are available in the area, but can have long wait times or be difficult to find.

● We strongly recommend that you travel in an AWD/4WD vehicle as we are located in the mountains. Roads tend to be sloped, can get very icy, and aren't always plowed quickly or efficiently.

Other Things to Note:
The rental agreement will be sent to you once the reservation is accepted. Your booking is only confirmed once it is signed. Kindly complete it within 24 hours to secure your reservation. If not signed within the deadline, your booking may be cancelled with no refund.

● This property can accommodate up to 12 guests per local regulations. Infants under 2 are not included in this count, allowing up to 3 additional infants beyond the maximum guest limit.

DOG FEE:
● $100 per dog. Note that booking platforms may only charge 1 pet fee. All dogs must be vetted. Please let us know the breeds and how many dogs you will be traveling with so we can request the appropriate fees.

Wander Home requires that all guests have their profile 100% verified. Please upload government issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as sending us a photo of your ID.

For non-Airbnb reservations ONLY, any eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee & adding the damage waiver fee ($40) is mandatory. This fee will be added to the reservation once confirmed.

Given the rural setting of the property, occasional sightings of ants, spiders, flying insects, and mice may occur despite our year-round pest control efforts. We strive to manage these encounters to the best of our ability, but cannot guarantee that the house will be completely pest free.

NOTE: We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: Lake Harmony Market, Ahart's Market & Dollar General

We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. If all available tanks are empty, we ask that you refill a tank and provide a receipt for reimbursement. Note: be sure to refill/replace the existing tanks - do not purchase a brand new tank

When drought, weather or other conditions present an unusual fire risk, a burn ban may be imposed by the community without prior notice.
