Venez séjourner dans l'un des plus beaux condominiums penthouse en bord de mer de South Padre Island. Situé à Saida Royale Beach and Tennis Club, cette communauté fermée est la première destination pour les vacanciers SPI. L'unité rénovée dispose d'un mobilier de qualité décorateur et d'une vue à un million de dollars sur le golfe, la baie et le centre-ville de SPI.

Parmi les nombreuses commodités offertes, il y a: trois piscines (dont une chauffée en hiver), deux jacuzzis / bains à remous, quatre courts de tennis, un bar de piscine saisonnier et une sandwicherie, un jeu de palets et des espaces publics magnifiquement aménagés. Girls only trip

We were very comfortable and pleased with the penthouse, it had everything we needed, very clean and last and most important the VIEWS was incredible. Walking distance to coffee shops and great restaurants.

This is a fantastic penthouse!

This condo is in the perfect location with amazing views and a super clean space! The balcony offers breathtaking views of the beach, while the terrace lets you enjoy both the ocean and bay scenery—it’s truly fantastic. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils, dishes, and cookware you need, and having a washer and dryer is such a bonus. The host goes above and beyond by providing fun extras like board games, beach chairs, toys, and boards for guests to enjoy. The property is well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, making our stay even better. This is hands-down our favorite place to stay on SPI!

Family vacation

We loved the condo! The penthouse balcony was awesome! Such a great view of the waters!!! The beach chairs and boogie boards that the host provided were appreciated…. We plan to come back again.

Great Condo

Unit is well kept, owner was friendly and responsive. Location is excellent and great proximity to beach. Only complaint was that we had two vehicles with us and only one parking permit. Public parking nearby was not available the weekend we were down there and one night I had to pay for overnight parking a couple resorts down (which was a Saturday) all other nights they were able to issue a guest parking pass for us.

Vacation away

The condo was beautiful. Location is very close to the beach and 3 pools. We enjoyed watching the beach fireworks from the private rooftop. I highly recommend staying here.

Great location and love the view. The rooftop balcony was wonderful. The beds are VERY firm. The towels could stand to be upgraded and the ceiling vents need to be cleaned. The unit is old but has a comfy feel and overall clean and a good layout for a family.

Booked the condo for the view and it did not disappoint. Clean and comfortable. Easy check in and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Owner very communicative and checks in to make sure that you are happy.

A little bit of paradise

We loved the condo! Owner answered all our questions very quickly. Beds were firm but comfortable. AC worked great. Beautiful views all around. To rent 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella is $40 on the beach per day. Fireworks on the beach our last night. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. Does get a little windy and whistles through the rooms. Both balconies were awesome! Elevator and lobbies were air conditioned and the staff was very polite and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

Amazing Views

Condo very clean. Great view of Ocean, Bay and loved watching the fire works from the rooftop. Just amazing views. Complex is very well kept. And staff and residents are very nice. Owner Bill is easy to communicate with. Quick response. Will stay here again❤️

Beautiful Location

We loved our stay! Great access to the beach, nice location on the island, and the heated pool was a hit! We had everything we needed for a great vacation. The condo was perfect for us. Had games for the kids, plenty of space for everyone and the roof patio provided beautiful views of the island. The neighbors were very friendly. South Padre puts on an amazing New Year's firework show!! Had a blast bringing in the new year!

Wonderful Family Vacation! Spacious, Comfortable Condo w/Amazing Views!

Our family of 6 had the pleasure of staying in this condo for a week-long vacation starting on June 19, 2016. The new owner is great to work with! The condo is very comfortable and quiet sitting high on the 15th floor with amazing views, especially from the rooftop patio! Can see the fireworks on the bay side from the front door balcony area. Would definitely recommend staying in this unit as we will book again on our next S Padre vacation. You will not be disappointed with this unit!

Nice place and location

Everything was nice and we enjoyed penthouse very much. The only complaint was not with the penthouse itself but the property. The property had only one working elevator and checkout was 10 AM for the whole building! Trying to get out was an absolute nightmare. We were waiting for 15 min and sometimes longer for the one elevator. When it did show up, it was already packed! Needless to say this was not a great experience.

Thanksgiving on South Padre

First of all, Bill was wonderful and answered all my questions about the condo and the complex. I usually pack everything but the kitchen sink but if I would have forgotten something, the condo was well stocked. The place was very clean and the view was something to behold. After Thanksgiving dinner which was a grand total of eight adults and four children they went back to their condos, also in the complex, and we sat on lounge chairs on the roof. Listening to the ocean and looking at the stars was so relaxing. Perfect access to the beach and water warm enough that we were able to swim. It was four amazing days filled with family and good times.Thanks Bill for sharing this lovely condo with us. We hope to be back soon.

Private rooftop patio is AMAZING!!!

We were originally scheduled to spend our 30th Wedding Anniversary on Anna Maria Island, Florida but Hurricane Helene devastated Florida, especially the barrier islands 3 days before arrival. We have stayed in building 1 at Saida before so we knew the area well. We decided to try something different and came across this penthouse condo with the private rooftop patio and decided to give it a try. GREAT DECISION!!! The condo was very nice and the view was spectacular. The private rooftop patio was next level. We felt like royalty. We did have an incident where the elevator was not working and had to climb the stairs to the 15th floor. There was no sign saying “out of order” so we kept pressing the button and nothing was happening. Then when we asked the guy behind the desk about it, he was rude and told us that “we are not the only ones that are not happy about it”. We made it to the top and luckily by the time we were wanting to go back down they were working again. There are a few maintenance things that need to be addressed in the condo, such as broken light fixtures, missing towel bar and closet door off the tracks, but non of those things affected our stay in a negative way at all. Only thing I was disappointed to discover is there was no blow dryer in either of the full bathrooms. I did not bring my own as I assumed there would be one. In the end, it was an amazing vacation and we will absolutely be coming back. I would 100% recommend this condo to anyone!!

Great location and beautiful views

This place was the perfect for my family’s beach vacation! Very convenient with beach access and walk able distance to some nearby shops. The rooftop patio was a great bonus spot! Quiet and peaceful views of the beach and you can see nearby spacex! The host was great! Communication was excelltand and had no problems getting access! Definitely on the list for our next beach vacation!

Great place to host a large family or guests. Rooftop patio is perfect for large gatherings and pool bar is awesome hanging out. Perfect access to beach.
