-We have 3 EXTERIOR Security cameras (front & back of house, and side entry) that record activity. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes.
We kindly ask all guests to respect our property and adhere to house rules. Failure to comply may result in fines:

•Dogs and cats (2 max) are allowed with a $50 fee. Approval is required before booking. No other animals are permitted, and pets must be crated when not present at the property.
•Unregistered pets: $500 fine.
•No smoking; $1500 fine and additional charges for necessary odor removal and furniture cleaning for violations.
•No parties or events; $50 per additional guest, $1500 fine, and additional charges for necessary odor removal and furniture cleaning for evidence of parties.
•$250 fee for unapproved late check-out.
•$50 per person per night for additional guests beyond the reservation number.
•No fireworks allowed
•Guest agrees to keep house, furniture, and furnishings in good order and is responsible for the cost of replacement of any damage to furniture or premises and replacement of missing items
•Must be at least 25 years old to book
