You'll have full access to the property during your stay. Access the house with your own personalized door lock code.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Supplies for guest are accessible via the barn door pantry in the kitchen - and the linen cabinet near the washer and dryer. - All other supply closets are not for guest access.

Hot Tub & Pool Rules:
To protect your own health and safety and the integrity of Pool, Hut Tub and linens, all guests must shower before and after using hot tub.
No pets of any kind or size in Hot Tub or Pool.

Things To Keep In Mind:
- Sound travels far so be mindful of your noise levels during your stay.
- There can be periods of high winds and potential wifi outages during your stay. This is the nature of the desert area.

A car is needed for navigating the area.

AMENITIES:
We provide starter items: towels, shampoo & conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee & trash can liners. Highly recommend you bring additional items too!

ENTRY:
A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The personalized entry code will be provided to you 3 days before arrival.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
The backyard is fully fenced and features an in-ground pool, in-ground jacuzzi, propane fire pit, tanning chairs, outdoor shower, built in grill and bar area.
There is space for yoga near the citrus trees or on the turf near the in-ground pool & spa, firepit, outdoor shower, and more!

PARKING:
The large driveway can comfortably accommodate up to 4 vehicles. Please park in the driveway as street parking is prohibited.
- there is RV parking available, it is located with the fenced backyard area. - notice is required for approval on utilization of the RV parking space.


INTERNET:
The house has good internet connection. Cell reception may be spotty depending on your carrier. You can access your Hulu & Netflix accounts with the Smart TV.

KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with: refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker and all the basic kitchen essentials; Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils.

IMPORTANT NOTE for HOT TUB and POOL:
To turn on and turn off the hot tub, please communicate through Airbnb message. Please note that we need to have the hot tub requested within 2 hours of use in order to conserve propane. We want to ensure that the hot tub is available for all guests to use, and conserving propane is an important part of that.

To protect your own health, safety, and the integrity of tub and linens, and to ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of our facilities all guests must shower before and after using hot tub.

• We kindly request all guests to rinse their feet, bodily oils, and lotions before entering the hot tub and pool area. Failure to do so may result in the accumulation of dirt, debris, and contaminants in the water, which can compromise the overall experience for all users.

• No pets of any kind or size in hot tub and pool.

• Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub and pool.

• Please do not stand or sit on hot tub or pool cover.

• Children must be supervised at all times.

Please be advised that if the condition of the hot tub and pool is left in poor conditions due to guests not rinsing their body and feet, an additional fee may be charged for excessive dirtiness. This fee will cover the cost of the necessary cleaning and maintenance required to restore the hot tub and pool to its optimal condition.

SECURITY:
One Ring Doorbell camera facing the front yard & driveway. One Ring Flood light camera on the east side of the property facing the RV parking gate. One Ring Flood light camera in the backyard facing the West access gate and pool Equipment. These cameras are recording 24/7 during and after reservations - the flood light features are motion sensored.
