It boasts a rooftop patio with sweeping 360-degree views and 2 large balconies with lagoon and ocean views, all of which are comfortably furnished for blissful relaxation. The backyard oasis offers a sparkling private pool, sun loungers, outdoor shower, fire table with gliding sofas and rockers and a propane grill. It is the ultimate spot to play and entertain, marvel at the captivating wildlife, or just relax and watch the sunrise or stargaze under the moon. For adventure seekers, there are 2 kayaks, several life jackets, 4 portable beach chairs and a beach blanket for your use. The ocean is just steps away! Fishing is allowed in the lagoon and off the dock, however, fishing equipment is not provided.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for 14 people and a large living space offering an oversized, incredibly comfortable sectional and 75-inch Smart TV for everyone to enjoy together. On the second floor you will happily discover another large living space with a 65-inch Smart TV, ping pong table, games, and more comfortable seating for fun memories to be made. This is the perfect set up for guests with children, so everyone has their own place to hang out! A high chair, toddler dishes and pack and play are on site for the youngest of guests.

Each of the beautifully designed bedrooms is furnished with luxurious bedding and mattresses and equipped with a 50-inch Smart TV (kid's room is 43-inch) providing the perfect sanctuary for rest and relaxation. There are two primary bedrooms featuring lavish king-size beds, ensuite with double sinks, large walk-in shower and walk in closet. The main floor primary bedroom has a desk and is equipped for guests with mobility issues. The second-floor primary bedroom offers private access to a balcony overlooking the lagoon that is perfect for watching the sunrise. Bedrooms three and four have luxurious queen-size beds, and the fifth bedroom is ideal for younger guests or friends, boasting a cozy double-size bunk bed (large enough for teens or small adults) with a twin pull out trundle below. There is an additional second floor bathroom with private toilet and large walk-in shower with separate vanity area designed to be comfortably shared.

The third floor is home to the rooftop margarita deck, equipped with a private wash closet, swinging egg chairs, and a cozy sectional with chairs and dining table. The stunning views of the ocean and sunset make this spot a favorite! The overhead string lights and glorious evening breeze provide a pleasant atmosphere for enlightening conversations and more fun to be had.

Parking is a breeze with a 2 car garage and additional parking for two cars on the driveway.

Islas del Mar is a private gated community with 24/7 security and just a short drive from Sandy Beach and the Malécon. It prides itself on being a living sanctuary and home to many different species of flora, fauna, spectacular birds and wildlife. On site there is an 18-hole Jack Nicklaus golf course, with 9 available to play now, a clubhouse offering water trikes and many other water activities, and The Crane restaurant. The Crane hosts a delicious brunch on the weekends and the best margaritas!
