★General★
Our cabin is brand new construction as of 2022.

We hold ourselves to a very high standard of service & cleanliness. All linens, towels, and toiletries are provided to guests & freshly changed after each stay. The hot tub is drained and cleaned at each checkout. No dog crate is available on this property. Please communicate with us if something is not to standard and we will address the issue promptly.

★About the Area★
The area offers a phenomenal array of world class hiking trails of all varieties & skill levels (Abram Falls, Cades Cove Nature Trail, Laurel Falls, Grotto Falls, Rainbow Falls, and many more!)

Fall foliage is spectacular and can be seen well on Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail, Newfound Gap, and more driving scenic routes to explore.

Dollywood is one of the main attractions in the area boasting a theme park, mini putt, axe throwing bars, & arcades & much more. This is a full day's event guaranteed. Nearby Dollywood you'll find amazing dinner shows to entertain kids of all ages. Also in the area are museums of all types: classic cars, Alcatraz, Titanic and several children's' museums.

More adventures await with zip-lining at Adventure Park Five Oaks & Foxfire Mountain Adventures. A more tranquil time on the links can be found a The Sevierville Golf Club (2 18 hole championship courses only 6 min away) Gatlinburg Golf Course, Bent Creek Golf Club, and Creekside Golf Course (9 holes).

You'll find a plethora of good eats & local restaurants of all types: lots of BBQ & chicken joints. Come hungry, serving sizes won't disappoint. Some of the best barbecue & burgers in the entire area are right in town at Trotters Whole Hog & Graze Burgers. We are proud to offer all Current Military, Veterans, Police & Firefighters a 5% discount. In order to receive this discount, you must make your reservation first then send us a message with a copy of your proof of service. The name on the reservation and payment must match the name on the proof of service. We will then refund 5% of the accommodation back to you in the resolution center the day of your check in.

Guest Access:
★Access★

We have a digital lock system in place for the front door. The access code will be provided with check in information. A lock box is on property in case passage code system fails and will provide a bolt lock key and knob lock key.

Other things to note

Family friendly area and well equipped for the family retreat!

Check in/check out info provided prior to check in. Property is monitored with exterior security cameras for the safety of the cabin & guests.

All parts of the cabin are accessible except for the locked owners closet.

Other Things to Note:
✅Starter Pack and Linens: Included are towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup wipes, sheets, quilts, extra blankets, pillows, and more. You will receive a sponge, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, travel-size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap, and other extras we like to surprise you with. You will likely need to bring or buy additional trash bags and toilet tissue beyond what is provided in the starter pack.

✈️ Travel Insurance is highly recommended for your reservation. We recommend using the company called With Faye for travel insurance as they offer the best cancel for any reason travel protection. Please note that we do not provide any refunds outside of the cancelation policy of your reservation. This includes but is not limited to sickness, death in the family, weather concerns and more. For this reason we highly suggest travel insurance if you think there may be a possibility of your trip being interrupted for any reason.
