1st. As you know the inconvenience did not occur from the lock itself, as this has officially been documented by our Locksmith. But it has been the result of the handle from miss use.
Does the above statement mean we misuse the handle? There was no misuse of the handle during our two-day stay by us.
2nd. As soon as we were made aware of the problem we took action immediately and did everything possible to resolve the situation.
This issue was not taken care of immediately because my wife and I were outside waiting for 6 hours watching a husband and wife team trying to unlock the door by combination and key for 3 hrs and then another 3 hrs for the locksmith to arrive and work to unlock the door. So, you can't say it was addressed immediately.
3rd. Unfortunately, these types of unforeseen situations pop up every now and then. As soon as we receive any type of distress from our customers we take care of it immediately, as we did with you.
This type of issue should have a plan of action to ensure the customer is not distressed due to poor planning. You should have a locksmith on call just in case an issue like this occurs and not a husband and wife team that is not qualified as locksmiths.
4th, I feel we are due a partial refund for distress and not being able to use the property that we paid in full and were unable to use for 6 hrs of our stay.
