✮✮ PARKING INFORMATION ✮✮

If you're driving, we encourage guests to use nearby parking lots, as our building does not have parking.

The Town of Provincetown enforces metered parking from April 1 - October 31, 7 days per week, from 8 am-Midnight.

Parking is free in Town of Provincetown lots from November 1 - March 31

The closest large parking lot is the MacMillian Pier Parking lot, located in the center of town by Lopes Square. Open 24 hours a day from April 1 - October 31, 7 days per week, 323 parking spaces, $4 per hour, $40 maximum per 24 hours.

If you're lucky, you'll grab a spot in the Johnson St. lot right behind Pepe's Wharf. Only a handful of spots are there and they are often full during high season, but worth a peek since you'll need to drive past it anyway if you're headed to the MacMillian Pier Parking lot.

Another option for overnight parking is Provincetown Public Parking, located a short 5-minute walk at 134 Bradford St. opposite Provincetown Brewing Co.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire vacation home, including all rooms, amenities, and outdoor areas. This includes the fully equipped kitchen, stylish living room, comfortable bedroom, and private deck with dining and relaxation areas. Enjoy smart features like WiFi and motorized blinds for added convenience. Additionally, guests have access to the beach and nearby dining options.

✮✮ CONSTRUCTION ALERT ✮✮

The Town of Provincetown is now home to the new Cannery Wharf Park, located right next door to our building. Since 2019, the Provincetown Recreation Commission and the Cannery Park Working Group have been working diligently to turn a formerly owned parking lot into a space that can be enjoyed by residents and visitors alike.

Construction is anticipated throughout 2024. Town ordinance permits work to commence after 7am from Monday-Friday, with no work scheduled on Weekends or Holidays.

We have been in touch with Senior Project Manager Braden Witt with Provincetown DPW and have requested that they communicate with their on-site team to keep conversations and noise down in the morning whenever possible.

The Town released a general construction schedule, but dates are approximate, and there is no way to tell in advance how noisy or quiet each day will be. Some days might be noisier than others. We appreciate your patience if you happen to visit during a construction day.
