Avec 4 chambres et 4 salles de bain, vous pouvez vous étendre et profiter de vos vacances. La maison peut accueillir 10-12 personnes et dispose d'une grande terrasse sur le toit / zone de divertissement avec un très grand bain à remous, des chaises longues, des tables et un bar!

Des équipements haut de gamme vous attendent à votre arrivée avec quatre étages de vie décontractée à la plage.

Profitez de l'incroyable vue sur l'océan depuis l'immense terrasse privée sur le toit ou marchez quelques marches jusqu'à l'océan.

Une douche extérieure spacieuse, un parking pour 8 voitures, des ponts privés enveloppants, une cuisine ultramoderne entièrement rénovée avec des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable et un bar pour éviers sont à votre disposition.

5 téléviseurs à écran plat (dont un de 65 pouces), 5 lecteurs DVD, Internet sans fil, micro-ondes, cafetière (cafetière traditionnelle), laveuse / sécheuse et barbecue à gaz vous attendent.

Deux suites principales (une avec un lit king size et l’autre avec un lit king size et un canapé-lit gigogne). Les deux lits king ont de nouveaux matelas Tempurpedic! Ahhhhhh. La troisième chambre a une couchette pyramidale (un lit double en haut, un lit double en bas et un lit gigogne double en dessous). La quatrième chambre a un lit queen de luxe. Il y a même un canapé-lit queen dans le salon si nécessaire.

Feels like home.

I don't recall how long we've been coming to Claudia's but it now feels like home. Only next to the ocean! Always in great shape. Not summer without a visit!

Wonderful time!

Our family had a wonderful time staying here! The walk to the beach was super easy. There were lots of chairs, an awesome wagon, and beach toys that made it super convenient for the stay. Claudia provides beach towels and the hot tub was so fun! Highly recommend this place!

Wonderful family vacation rental

This is our third year at the condo and we enjoyed every second of our stay. The place was beautiful and very clean. It’s a short walk to the beach, which is a huge plus with three kiddos under 7. The extra amenities that are provided are a great help - beach wagon, toys, etc. I would highly encourage this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Dewey!

Claudia always takes great care in making our stay relaxing, comfortable, and fun! We love her place, how organized everything is, yet relaxed. The outdoor shower is wonderful! We also really enjoy the vibe of Clayton Street with the beach at one end and the small Sunrise Diner at the other. Claudia is great at answering any question we may have in a timely way- very good communicator. We look forward to next time!

Perfect location & Beautiful condo!

My family and friends had a wonderful vacation! The roof deck was awesome. The home is just as described and pictured. The location was perfect, a minute walk to the beach and a three minute walk to the Jolly Trolley and shops. Claudia is an excellent host and responded immediately to any questions we had.

We’ve stayed here the same week in July for several years now and it has been consistently wonderful! We always enjoy the rooftop view and hot tub. The living area is cozy. Love the large dining table and the lovely kitchen equipped with everything we need. Thank you!

Great unit that has everything you could ever need. Towels, sheets, beach toys, boogie boards, fully stocked kitchen, and even sunscreen!! Couldn’t be easier. Location is top notch. Rooftop deck is awesome!!

We won the lottery with this home!

This home is a "secret garden." When we walked in we were greeted by cheerful colors and images that set the tone for the rest of the week, which was the "bestest" Dewey vacation ever. We are grateful to Claudia for creating and sharing this vacation home. Our large family loved being at this home and will be back.

Lovely place

This was a great place for a family vacation. It has almost everything you could possibly need and the location is fantastic. You can walk to Dewey amenities but they aren’t so close that the noise is an issue. The beach is half a block away and easily accessible. And if you don’t feel like getting sandy one day, there is always the roof deck with the hot tub, bar and view. When an issue did arise, Claudia was available by text to help address it in a timely manner. One thing that might not be obvious is that this unit is part of a four-plex, but the building is designed in such a way that privacy is not an issue. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Easter 2017

This was a great place to bring your family. Sleeps 10-11, close to the beach and restaurants/grocery stores. The only issue I had was not knowing about having to bring our own linens/bath towels when I reserved the rental. Other than that, it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The hot tub was perfect for the April season!

Great family vacay in Dewey Beach

Claudia's home is perfect. We had a great experience from the moment we first walked in the door until we left. First off, the place was immaculate. Everything we needed to cook and entertain ourselves with was there. Everyone was happy with their beds - lots of good night sleep all around. We look forward to coming back soon. Fantastic stay!

We absolutely loved our time at Claudia’s beach house! There were so many great features, not the least of which was the amazing rooftop deck and hot tub (of course!), but what we loved most was how well appointed the house was. We brought no beach supplies whatsoever and never wanted for anything the whole week — it was all there. So many thoughtful touches and comforts of home. The location is great too, just steps from the beach and easy walking distance to all the restaurants and bars. Thanks for a wonderful stay! PS. Claudia is the best!! She checked on us repeatedly to be sure everything was going well. I can’t say I’ve ever experienced that level of communication with a host before, and it was so appreciated.

Great Stay

This place is in a prime location - a very short walk to the beach. And for that matter, a short walk to any point in Dewey Beach. Technically you could park your car out front and never have to use it again for the rest of the trip if desired. The outside shower was a great feature when coming back from the beach. Plus the hot tub on the roof. There are plenty of towels and beach supplies available including a small umbrella, a large one, and a tent. Also a large beach wagon and a ton of chairs and boards. Claudia is very organized and friendly and has hosting down perfectly. Checkout process was easy. We left some condiments and drinks for the next guests and you will find some items like that. The host recommends taking a look around before shopping on arrival. We had a great stay.

Great property, great location, lots of extras!

We loved our stay at Claudia's place in Dewey! For two families with young kids, it was so nice to rent a place that had all the "extras" included. Nice soft sheets, towels, beach toys, beach chairs, and a fully stocked kitchen (and just about every type of cocktail glass you could ever need ;)). The best bonus was the rooftop. We loved the full size hot tub and seating for all. The location can't be beat. The property was only a few houses off the beach but also close to all the restaurants in Dewey. The street itself is quiet but if you want to walk to bars/restaurants/shops they are minutes away. Also a short bike or run to the Rehoboth boardwalk through beautiful Rehoboth by the sea. We've already booked our stay for next year!!

All Decked Out is a vacation jewel!

This home has everything a group/family might need for a fantastic vacation. The property is fully stocked with any item needed for cooking, beach time, game night and has all the towels and sheets included. The walk to the beach is quick and that hot tub on the upper deck is fantastic for an after dinner soak! We slept in the lower level and the tempurpedic mattress was Heaven. Our daughters gave great reviews for the other beds and our grandchildren love using the pyramid bunk bed. Claudia,the owner and manager is very responsive to any question and when we were dealing with a sick kiddo she gave us some options for medical care as well. This was our second year in this wonderful home and we are certain that it won’t be our last.

Repeat Customer!

I have only positive things to say about this property and the property owner. The living spaces and the bedrooms/ beds are very comfortable. A linen service is provided so guests do not have to launder the used linens at the end of the stay. The dining room table is ample and great not only for meals but for playing games. The rooftop with the hot tub is wonderful with a view of the ocean. We appreciated the ice maker in the bar section, and the variety of glassware/plasticware as well. The house is very organized, and comfortable. Also, if you have little kids, there are a lot of beach toys provided for use. Thank you for helping to make our beach week great!

A great family 4th of July in Dewey!

This was hands down one of our favorite family beach vacations! I was a bit nervous at first about renting in Dewey with my two small children and I am so glad that I emailed Claudia my concerns in advance. I booked it right after reading her response which assured me that our family would love it, and she was correct. The house was perfect for us. The kids loved it and said they liked Dewey better than our most recent stay in Bethany. It is close to the beach, fully stocked with EVERYTHING and a most excellent rooftop that was enjoyed by all. The location is perfect. It is at the beginning of Dewey so you can easily walk/run or trolley to Rehoboth if you would like. I was surprised how quiet it was compared to past stays in the area. We will definitely return and stay longer if we can!

You couldn’t ask for a better spot!

This is our third year staying in this great condo. There are 9 of us-3 kiddos-and It holds us nicely. If one needs to escape the kiddos for a bit there is a wraparound deck on the 2nd level and the crowning jewel of a rooftop deck complete with a high top,table,small bar and plenty of lounge chairs. Did I mention the hot tub? It is a favorite of our three grand kids and when we can get them out of it we can relax and let the day melt away. Claudia is a perfect hostess in that she has everything in the house that one would need. Sheets,towels,beach toys…all of it! Best of all she is incredibly communicative and keeps us updated on check in time and any other information that is needed. I can see us returning many times.

Our family has loved Dewey Beach for decades! The area is such a wonderful getaway for all ages. We've watched our little town change over the years and truly become a fantastic vacation spot with so many choices of things to do all year round. We feel in love with this home because of the amazing space, the many floors, the few steps to the ocean and the gigantic rooftop deck with view of the ocean and the bay. When you walk in, you instantly feel relaxed and at home!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The rooftop hot tub is a big plus! As is the privacy of having the deck face the ocean but also faces the back of the property. Being able to walk to everything in Dewey, and be just a few steps to the ocean is wonderful! Being on the North end of Dewey guarantees peace and quiet yet is close to all the action, restaurants, bars, shops and water sports. Just a bike ride or trolley stop away is Rehoboth beach where there is even more to see and do! This home is in the perfect location and has a special feel!
