Welcome to our Exclusive Oasis/Dream Home! This beautiful mid-century retreat is the perfect setting for a memorable getaway in Sarasota, FL. Picture this: as you step through the front door, you're greeted by the warm rays of the sun filtering through the garden, immersing you in an atmosphere of tranquility and modern style.

Upon entry, you'll find yourself in an elegant living room, adorned with comfortable furnishings and touches of contemporary design. Large windows allow natural light to flood the space, illuminating it and creating a sense of serenity. It's the perfect spot to unwind and share special moments with your loved ones!

Head to the fully equipped kitchen, where you'll find everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. From the tempting aroma of freshly brewed coffee to the comforting taste of a breakfast made with love, every detail is carefully considered to make you feel right at home.

After a day full of adventures, retreat to one of the three cozy bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed and soft linens that beckon you to rest and recharge. The other two bedrooms are equipped with bunk beds, perfect for the little ones or for gathering close friends. With quality bedding and a welcoming atmosphere, everyone can enjoy a restful night's sleep.

You will be provided all the essentials to feel at home at our beautiful mid century modern gem.

-1 fully furnished Primary bedroom with a Queen bed, bed linens and bedding
-2 fully furnished other bedrooms with Bunkbeds (bottom bed is a Twin size bed and the top bunk bed is a Single size), bed linens and bedding
-Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster and all that you will need for your cooking.
-2 bathrooms (1 with tub, 1 without tub) Shampoo + Conditioner + Body Wash provided + bath towels, bath matt + hand towels

Parking: You won't have to worry about finding parking. Our property offers parking space for your convenience and peace of mind.
Fully equipped kitchen: Prepare your favorite meals in our fully equipped kitchen. With modern appliances and all the necessary utensils, you'll have everything you need to cook like a chef.
Full bathrooms: Our property features two full bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub. Equipped with everything you need, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, our bathrooms will provide you with comfort and convenience during your stay.

We will be available at all times to address any needs you may have during your stay. Apps like Uber and Lyft operate in Sarasota and are a convenient option if you don't have your own car.

In addition to all the mentioned amenities, we offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities, which is generally enough for shorter stays. However, after it is used up, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide for themselves (this includes such things as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish soap, etc.). We strive to provide an exceptional experience and want to ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Please note there are absolutely no parties allowed and if this occurs you will be asked to vacate the premises without refund.

The place is just for booked guests. If there are additional people not on reservation please contact host to discuss.

#2 If the property is left in very poor cleaning conditions after your departure, beyond what a courteous guest would leave.
E.g. Leaving pots and pans in the kitchen, excess garbage in the containers, stains on the floor, dirty walls, are examples of poor conditions.
We will make an additional charge of $80 USD.

3.- Night visits that are not included in your reservation are not allowed.
If it is not mentioned in the reservation, the fee for an additional guest at that time will be charged.

4.- Youngsters, babies, toddlers, and children are more than welcome, but each one must be specified in your reservation.
5.- There cannot be more than 8 people inside or on the property at any given time.
6.- Guests will respect and follow all community rules found within the house or on the property.
7.- You agree to acknowledge and accept the following fees:
a) Smoking: $100 USD for each day smoking in the apartment.
b) Late check-out: $20 USD if your departure is not authorized for late check-out.
c) Lost keys: $40 USD for key and lock replacement due to lost keys.

8.- Violation of house rules may result in immediate expulsion of all guests without refund.

9.- You agree to book in good faith and will not attempt to damage the property because you are not satisfied with a decision by Airbnb or the host in case of violation of host rules.

10.- If the breach of house rules leads to having to discount or reimburse the next guest, you are responsible for covering the resulting expenses.

11.- Any violation of the rules by the guest may result in their eviction from the property.
