Sea Colony East, Premium 8th Floor Oceanfront Condo with Amazing Ocean Views!

Renovated, beautiful views, comforts of home, and the amenities of a resort. Open the blinds and watch the sunrise over the ocean from your comfy king-sized bed in this 8th-floor condo. The guest bedroom includes two queen-sized beds.

Sea Colony boasts 12 Pools (3 indoor), 34 tennis courts (indoor and outdoor and a world-class tennis program), pickleball courts, basketball courts, two fitness centers (one includes indoor and outdoor pools, weight room, saunas, whirlpool, and indoor gym), sand volleyball, supervised children's programs, free community shuttle, hiking-biking trails, picnic tables, private security, and more. Guests enjoy exclusive access to a half-mile of private beach (guarded during the summer) with Thursday evening beach bonfires and live music during the summer. Sea Colony is just minutes from championship golf, eclectic tax-free shopping, water sports, family amusements, natural treasures, and so much more.

The kitchen includes all new appliances, including a double oven, so that kids' pizza is ready to serve at the same time as an adult meal. Also, the fully stocked kitchen includes a Keurig, waffle iron, blender, tea kettle, cooking utensils, and dishes.

Enjoy sunsets and a bottle of wine on the balcony with outdoor living and a cedar dining set.

An electric charging station is conveniently located by this building.

Sea Colony guest badges are required for each person each week, ages four and over, and are available at the Sea Colony Beach Shoppe (across the street from Sea Colony). In addition to badges, parking passes are required while on Sea Colony property at all times, even in the off-season.

Badges must be on your person when using any of the amenities at Sea Colony, including the pools, the beach, the Freeman Fitness Center, the Tennis Center, and the trams. In addition, all passengers of vehicles entering the east property must have a badge. Security will check vehicles and pedestrians at the entrances. You will receive a second car pass if purchasing three adult passes. All fees are subject to change.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m. Sorry, we cannot allow pets. It is a Sea Colony rule that only homeowners can bring pets. Also, this is a non-smoking unit, and the minimum age to rent is 32.

Mother/Daughter annual beach getaway
My mom (age 80) and I stayed for a few days. We had a lovely time. My mom just LOVED sitting on the balcony and watching the ocean. Sea Colony has everything you could want with easy access. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Internet is spotty sometimes on the balcony, but we didn’t come to be on our phones or computers. We came for a relaxing beach trip and it was perfect for us!

We loved the condo at 805 Chesapeake. The place matched the photos and was located right on the beach with access to several swimming pools. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed and the condo was clean upon arrival.

Property was spotless after the cleaners left! Beds comfie, linens top notch, kitchen well equipped, view from balcony spectacular! Showers were updated and drains worked perfectly, unlike other properties we’ve rented! Condo is located close to the pool and beach. Our littles lived their time spent at the beach and had fun playing BINGO and the bonfire with marshmallow roasting and a DJ dance party on the beach. Owners are very helpful and responsive in a timely manner. You can’t go wrong with this rental!!!

Back Home for High School Class Reunion and Vacation with Sister and Bro-in-Law
Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. In Sea Colony on higher floor so beautiful view of the Atlantic. Close to downtown Bethany and very convenient to Coastal Hwy for access to OC, Dewey and Rehoboth. Had everything we needed except ironing board. Condo size was fine for us, but bathrooms were a little small, especially master. But would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Owners were wonderful to work with and very responsive.

This was our fourth or fifth time staying in the apartment. Jean always accommodates us, which we greatly appreciate! Beautiful view
The condo is well maintained and nicely decorated. However if you have little ones note that the kitchen table and coffee table are glass. The view from the balcony is spectacular and a highlight of the unit. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Sea colony facilities are excellent and easily accessible. There was a bit of a mix up with check in time this year causing the apartment clean from prior guests to be noticeably a bit rushed but this was overall minor. You will need to bring most cooking and cleaning supplies (dish soap, dishwasher detergent, hand soap, salt etc). Linens are provided which is quite helpful.

We had a wonderful time in this lovely apartment. It has a beautiful view, the beds are comfy and it was very clean. Jean is an excellent host. She is very responsive. The beach is beautiful in November and the apartment is a short walk to the center of town. Many restaurants and shops were conveniently located nearby.

Steve and I have been visiting Bethany Beach with our children for over 10 years. We fell in love with Sea Colony about 5 years ago and have visited multiple times a year over the past 5 years. We live in Pennsylvania and are so happy to share our beach getaway with our guests.
