One Block away from the College Bayside station and very close to Biscayne Blvd. & Metrobus.

Upon arrival, the apartment will receive basic supplies to ensure a comfortable stay on the first day.

We do not provide washcloths.

Parties or a high volume of sound that annoys neighbors is not allowed in the unit, if this rule is ignored, the building may fine you.
