The Property connects to the MGM Grand by a series of walkways and is a short walk from the monorail station. Tower 2 outdoor heated pool is open year-round! Please arrive early, as there may be a wait during check-in.

The Space:
Escape to your 550 sq ft suite with kitchenette, marble bathroom with a private whirlpool spa tub and separate shower. This polished condo comes with a microwave, entertainment center including a flat-screen TV, pool and fitness center. There is a private bathroom with free toiletries in every unit and towels and bed linen are provided. The property is air-conditioned, with free Wi-Fi featured throughout the property and free private parking is available on site.

McCarran International Airport is 1.9 miles from the property, the Colosseum at Caesar’s Palace 0.9 miles and Henderson amphitheater is 11 miles away.

Getting Around:
• Uber or Lyft is the best option
• Free valet parking for guests at the Signature MGM.
