This vacation home is designed to be your ultimate sanctuary, exuding warmth, comfort, and luxury from the moment you step inside. The interior is adorned with stylish furnishings and meticulously curated decor, creating an ambiance of tranquility and sophistication.
As you enter, you're greeted by a spacious and airy living area with high ceilings and sliding glass doors leading to the patio and pool deck. The seamless integration of indoor and outdoor spaces allows for true Florida living, perfect for lounging, dining, and soaking up the sun amidst lush tropical gardens.
Surrounded by mature, tropical gardens, the outside patio and pool area is completely screened, and ready for your ‘al fresco’ dining, and poolside lounging and sunbathing. The outdoor chefs amongst you will love the gas BBQ/grill.
The spacious open plan living area is comfortable and sociable, with a smart TV to access all the popular streaming apps.
The spacious dining area is perfect for indoor entertaining and leads through to the fully equipped kitchen, including a breakfast bar and a coffee station that will satisfy all coffee lovers’ needs! The refrigerator has a water and ice dispenser, essential for those hot Florida days.
Through from the living area is the master suite, which also overlooks the pool and has private access from the bedroom. It has a king-sized bed with a super comfortable pillow top, a large walk-in closet, and private deluxe bathroom. The master bathroom has a large soaking tub, ‘his and hers’ sinks and a separate walk-in shower. There is also a hairdryer and we supply shampoo, conditioner and body-wash.
On the opposite side of the living area are the second and third guest bedrooms, which share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination. This bathroom also has a hairdryer and toiletries.
The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed and the second guest bedroom has twin beds. Both have ample closet space. For our tiny guests, there is a pack ‘n play and also a highchair booster seat.
The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer and basic supplies and has access to the 2-car garage. Feel free to park the garage. In the garage, you will also find a wide variety of pool inflatables, and for those Florida beach days, we have beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach bag, coolers, beach towels and beach toys.
The home is professionally maintained and cared for throughout the year.

Briarwood is a beautifully maintained gated residential community, with 24 hour security at the gate. It has a relaxed, tropical, feel to it, with quiet, safe streets, perfect for leisurely strolls. You will have access to the community facilities, including the heated lap pool and resort-style pool. If you are feeling energetic there are also tennis, basketball and volleyball courts.
The location is central to most of Naples attractions. The city is renowned for stunning beaches and sunsets, magnificent waterfront homes, world class dining and shopping, a vibrant arts scene and abundant outdoor activities. At Briarwood, you are just a short drive from downtown Naples, shops, restaurants and bars and, of course, the beaches. If you are a golfer, you will have plenty of exceptional courses to choose from. There are nearby supermarkets for everyday essentials.
There is very easy driving access to both US41 and I75 for RSW airport, Fort Myers and Sanibel to the north, Downtown Naples close by, and Marco Island to the south.

One of the attractions of this vacation home is its location within the gated Briarwood community. To ensure security and to gain access to the community, guests must immediately complete the Briarwood application form to confirm their booking. There is an application fee, which will be included in your booking. **Please note if you are booking within 7 days of arrival there is an additional $100 fee to expedite your application.**
This is a non-smoking property. Discovery of smoking anywhere on the premises will lead to loss of security deposit. Thank you for your understanding.
Minimum booking age is 30
Pool heating available for an additional $15/day May thru November. Pool heat is included December thru April. Please let us know if you would like this option.
No pets without prior permission. We will consider hosting the furry member of your family (dogs only - no cats), but need to know a little about them first, so please inquire before booking. There is a weight limit of 35 lbs and we will not accept any dangerous breeds. There will be a non-refundable pet fee of $100.
This home is a private residential community and we kindly ask that you respect the neighbors and community as a whole. Please keep noise down before 8am and after 10pm.
Pool: Please note that there is no pool barrier, so children of all ages must be supervised at all times. You (occupant) agree to assume all risks associated with the use of the swimming pool and of the swimming pool’s existence on the property and will not hold the owner or property managers liable.
Upon arrival: Our goal is that you have an excellent stay and we strive to provide the house in top condition for you. Please notify the property manager within 2 hours of arrival if anything appears damaged, needs repair, or cleaning. We will assume that everything is in good condition if we do not hear from you.
We know you will be considerate, but understand that accidents do happen. If damage occurs during your stay, please notify the property manager immediately so we may assess and notify you of any replacement/repair charges if applicable.
Please read through the house manual provided online and in the property, to familiarize yourself with the house and our expectations of guests.
