The space

Watch the slopes from the deck or from 3 of the bedrooms or take in the beauty of Rampart Ridge through the wall of windows with no one between you and the mountains. Enjoy the endless hot water from the tankless water heaters.

6 legal bedrooms plus a loft on 3 levels with a full bath on each floor and a half bath on the main floor. A great room on the main floor and a living room on the 1st floor plus a 3rd floor loft. Chef’s kitchen with open floorplan. Dining table seats 10 with additional island counter seating. High speed fiber and wifi. Large washer and dryer. Guest access
Entire house is available for your stay. Most days in season you can ski across the road to the house or walk across the street for that quick warm-up before heading back across for more fun. Easily bike the bike park and the restaurants and bars at Silver Fir and Central and just up the road to Commonwealth, Dru Bru and Laconia Market.
