The first level has a living room, full kitchen, full bathroom, washer, dryer, and two bedrooms. One room has a queen sized bed and the other has twin beds. The second level has a living room, full kitchen, full bathroom, washer, dryer, and one bedroom with a queen sized bed. The living room leads to the upper level wrap around porch. The third level has a full bathroom, a living room with a double sized futon, and two bedrooms with queen sized beds. The house has its own driveway which can park three cars, and there is also street parking. It has an outside shower and a patio in the back of the house. The private patio includes a large table with an umbrella and a propane grill.
