Short but sweet NYC visit

Very warm and welcoming environment. Perfect compliment to the bustling diversity of the surrounding neighborhood. We walked to MOMA (37 minutes) and enjoyed several local restaurants. Great accommodations and location. I would definitely book this again.

Comfortable and Convenient

This is my second stay at this apartment. The space and linens are clean. Comfortable mattress. The availability of laundry in the apartment is fantastic. Great shower pressure and the water is always hot. Perfect sized kitchen with every convenience. The location is safe and set away from the noisy extremely busy areas making it perfect for relaxing after a day out in the city. There are many restaurants to choose from nearby. Several grocery store options. There is a nice park just across the quiet street. Subway access is a short walk away and the East River ferry is just a couple blocks away! This apartment will always be a favorite option for a trip to NYC.

Perfect for our vacation needs

Stayed here for our family of 3 vacation two adults one teen. Easy to find and check in. We utilized the bus system and subway system exclusively throughout our stay both were located close by as well as some great restaurants within walking distance. Neighborhood seemed safe. Unit was clean besides some hairs discovered in the bed sheets. We didn't use the kitchen facilities but did use the washer and dryer which was a bit confusing and seemed to take forever for the cycles. Stayed in the winter heat was adequate and plenty of extra blankets in the closets if needed. Overall highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great stay for Christmas

We were in NY for Christmas to visit family. The apartment is small (it is NY) but has everything you need. It is convenient but not on a busy street. Check and communication were all very efficient.

The apt was clean and location fine. Kitchen was good. Bedrooms were very small. The apt is the first door when you come into the building. You hear the front door buzzer until late at night so if you are a light sleeper, bring a sound machine.

Great Little Apartment in NYC

Great little apartment to spend a week in NYC with the family. Very responsive host with clear instructions. Roughly 10 mins walk to subway and Empire State Building, with lots of stores and restaurants. Only detail that’s not in the listing to be aware of is that it’s a ground floor apartment, and with the AC units in there is only a layer of cardboard and packing tape for a sound barrier. So unless you run the AC units there virtually no sound barrier to a very busy street.

Great Midtown Apt

The property is nicely located and extremely clean and well appointed. The host is an excellent and timely communicator and the property management is also very helpful. I would highly recommend this property as a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Manhattan.

This place was perfect. Great location, safe, up-to-the-minute instructions on check-in, etc., and tidy. The apartment was neatly furnished and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable, but Needs Improvement

Good bed, towel, and pillow. Good communication with the owner and good internet. The cleanliness of the apartment could be improved; I suggested to the owner to pay more attention to the window since the spaces next to the air conditioner were covered with pieces of cardboard, leaving the apartment unprotected and very noisy. We were on the first floor, and it felt like anyone passing by on the street was right inside the room, given the lack of proper protection.

Convenient Murray Hill location

This compact but well equipped apartment was a great base for our week in New York. There were lots of nearby places to get food, and transportation was easy, especially by bus, using the Metrocard 7 day pass. Those from quieter places will benefit from earplugs at night

Very clean and lovely place to stay

If you are unfamiliar with New York, you should know that typically apartments are small and you will generally hear street noise. This is true everywhere I've stayed in Manhattan and it's true here, BUT this spot is so close to grocery stores and restaurants, and it's exceedingly clean. Communication was stellar and problems we had, like not finding the key box right away are solely due to my inability to fully read emails. I tend to skim. 😅 Anyway, the emails in another party members hands resulted in immediate resolutions to the "issues" Definitely read the emails. They won't steer you wrong. Anyway, the queen beds are great, soft sheets, fluffy towels. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were in the shower, hand soap at the sinks. Would stay here again. No question! towels. Excellent location

We had a wonderful time in our first stay in New York City. The location was wonderful and getting a message to the provider was very good. The bus stop was around the corner along with some very good restaurants and bars in the area were great.
