Welcome to Downtown Delight, a stylish and chic retreat nestled in the vibrant heart of downtown Bryan! With its modern allure, this inviting abode is perfectly designed for a party of six, offering an experience rich in convenience and whimsical charm. Here, the energetic pulse of downtown living seamlessly merges with the cozy comforts of home. Just steps away, you’ll find an array of shops and delectable dining options waiting to be explored. Treat yourself to an evening at Ronin Farm-To-Table restaurant, enjoy a game-day lunch at Rx Pizza, or indulge in a delicious burger and cold beverage at The Proudest Monkey.
Unwind in contemporary elegance within this meticulously designed space, where a vibrant living room effortlessly connects to an all-inclusive kitchen with bar seating. The downstairs area boasts a multifunctional space that easily transitions from daytime lounging to nighttime slumber, thanks to a convenient fold-out sofa bed. For added convenience, a half bath on this level ensures optimal comfort for all guests, making it a perfect gathering spot for relaxation and socializing.
Step outside onto the quaint back patio, surrounded by a charming fenced-in yard highlighted by a towering 9-foot privacy fence. This serene outdoor space is ideal for intimate gatherings or simply basking in the warm Texas sunshine, creating a perfect backdrop for cherished moments with loved ones.
Downtown Delight is pet-friendly and we're happy to welcome your furry friends! Just ask about the pet fee, and we'll provide all the details for you.
To enhance your experience, we provide clear purses for all Texas A&M University stadium and sporting events, ensuring seamless access to every game. And should inclement weather threaten your plans, a complimentary poncho is available to keep you dry and carefree. Embrace the spirit of Aggieland as you toast to unforgettable memories in Downtown Delight, whether you’re here to cheer on the Aggies or simply enjoy the vibrant downtown lifestyle.
The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property.
Guest must be 25 years or older to reserve the property and digitally sign the Booking Agreement prior to check-in.
1. Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed in or on our properties. If the cleaning crew or booking agent detects any evidence of smoking, we will retain $400 of your deposit to deodorize the home.
2. Heating & Cooling: Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer as the unit could freeze and the Guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees.
3. Visitors: People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If we find unauthorized guests have stayed a fee of $300 will be retained from your deposit plus $25 per person.
4. Guest Responsibilities: All of the properties are privately owned. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners and Booking Agent are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they allow to use the premises.
5. Property Maintenance: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. The Guests will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and will conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to neighbors. Our properties are not intended to be party houses. Parties are prohibited.
6. Household Appliances & Furniture: Only use appliances for their intended uses. Do not use high heat or metal utensils with Teflon pans. Do not take indoor furniture outside the property.
7. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed in our pet-friendly properties only if Booking Agent and Homeowner agreed prior to booking. Pet deposits are $400, of which $200 is non-refundable. If any pets are found in the properties without previous agreement with Booking Agent, the Guest will be fined a pet deposit and the booking will be terminated. Please clean up after your pet in the yard, neighborhood, and parks. Additional information is located in the Pet Addendum.
8. Parking: Parking is only allowed in respective areas on the property. There are two spots directly in front of the unit. One extra spot available in need at end of the building by the dumpster. Towing is enforced. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour.
10. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clog the plumbing system, the Guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair.
11. Fires: Fires are not allowed on the property; absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property.
12. Personal Items: Guests will need to provide their own paper goods. An initial setup of trash liners, toilet paper (1-2 in each bathroom), and hand soap are provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Guest (i.e., toothpaste, soap, extra toilet paper, shampoo, sunscreen, etc.).
13. Trash: No trash or other items may be left on the property or outside the front door. ALL trash must be BAGGED when placed in a dumpster per the City of Bryan/College Station. There will be a $20 charge if this rule was not followed.
14. Secure the Property: Close all blinds and shades and secure all doors and windows. Contact the Booking Agent immediately should any difficulty arise in properly securing the property.
15. Events: If the Guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained from Booking Agent and Homeowner. An event fee will be added.
16. REMINDER: Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The Homeowner or Booking Agent may enter the premises at any time without securing prior permission from the Guest. Any Guest who is found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises.
17. Equipment: Should there be security cameras, guests may not alter, tamper with, or access in any way. Failure to follow this rule will result in charges to the Guest for the full amount of the damages caused by such failure.
