Guest Bedroom #4:
2nd floor bedroom includes two full sized beds, most comfortable Signature Sleep mattress, dresser & mirror.

No glass containers outside near the pool or hot tub.

The hot tub can be heated for free and is controlled remotely. Please request any heating schedule alterations in advance.

The cost to heat the pool is $1500 for the first 3 nights, with an additional $400 for each subsequent night of heating. A 72-hour notice is required to fully heat the pool by the check-in date. The pool cannot be heated from December 1st through March 31st or when outside temperatures are below 55 degrees
