CHAMBRE 1- 2ème étage, vue limitée de Lake Tahoe, une California King. CHAMBRE 2 - 2ème vue sur la forêt de-chaussée, une California King, 1 lit simple gigogne, 1 pliant Matelas et 40 'TV LCD. CHAMBRE 3 - 1er étage, 2 lits jumeaux. Salle de bains 1er étage dispose d'une baignoire à jets. Salle de bains 2ème étage dispose d'une douche de plain-pied. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec des pots, casseroles, assiettes et tous les ustensiles. Table à manger se trouve 6. Salon a un canapé, deux fauteuils inclinables en cuir, 'TV 46, Blue Ray DVD et foyer au gaz. Internet sans fil Wi-Fi haut débit, laveuse et sécheuse. Paradise in Tahoe.

WOW! Where to start - we loved your house and will be frequent visitors. Our daughter was enrolled at Sierra Nevada College during our recent trip and we will be visiting her - A LOT! Your beds are like butter and were loved by each of us. The linens were so soft. You provided everything we needed from a warm, exceptionally clean home, to laundry soap, shampoo, blow dryer, dish soap, charcoal etc.... Every need was met before we even arrived. In fact, everything was as promised and more. Thank You so much! I especially appreciated that you let one of us have bindings mailed to your lodge - and what a nice touch to have the box waiting in th house upon our arrival! The views of Lake Tahoe from the upstairs shower and balcony were breathtaking. Thank you again!

Comfortable and Well Appointed Family Vacation Cabin

We've had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home. The location just across the street from the lake was ideal for our group who took advantage of several recreational activities. There was plenty of private parking for our multi car event. The new construction ski lodge atmosphere was a treat for the whole family. The kitchen came well stocked with basics and all the tools to prepare a gourmet meal. The living room furniture was comfortable and the cozy decor was complimented with a gas fire place and updated entertainment center. Both bathrooms were well appointed with marble tile, comfortable linens and quality toiletries. Each of the three bedrooms provided large comfortable beds and spacious floor space. The view from the master bedroom deck upstairs offered a peak of Tahoe blue through the backyard pine trees. Would recommend to any group of active travelers looking for luxurious accommodations in close proximity to all the activities that Tahoe has to offer.

Family Bonding Time

How wonderful to have the pictures of the property meet our expectations and even exceeded them upon arrival. Our home for four days was perfect! We spent time in the living room, the back yard, and the front porch enjoying the U.S. Women's Soccer game against The Netherlands, and also enjoying the sun as it moved across the sky. We appreciated meeting the owners upon our arrival. That was an added bonus for us. The information included about places to eat and things to do helped as well.

This cabin was great! The pictures are accurate but we felt that the amenities went beyond.. Totally well Stocked and thought out Kitchen. Beds SO. Comfortable.The jacuzzi tub downstairs was a bonus. We had an issue with the hot water but the owner Peter came quickly and fixed it himself, staying until he was sure all was working. We would definitely book again. Maureen &JB

The home was immaculate and well laid out. It is just across the street from the lake where you can rent kayaks and just down the road from King's beach which is very nice and you can parasail, jetski, kayak....

Nice location in NorthShore, experience could have been better.

We found the location to be nice and the house itself worked for our family. Was nice to have a gas grill in the back. Another nice thing was that we could walk to the zipline park (20min but a nice walk if you don't mind the hill at the end). Of note, one of the upper balcony posts was very loose. House was fairly clean. Had some trouble checking in early and were told the house wasn't cleaned yet (owner suddenly walked up (must live nearby) didn't introduce himself or seem welcoming at all and seemed bothered by our early arrival and he went into house while we were outside and said 'still being cleaned' and walked away) so waited on the porch for an hour with a 7 month old on a hot day until the cleaners return (their car was in the driveway but they were cleaning another house). When cleaners came back on foot, they went inside and were in the house for literally 20 seconds to grab some cleaning rags from the dryer and said ok, you can go in. On the positive note, we were allowed to check-in 1 hour early but to not let us go in or because cleaning rags drying while we waited in the heat with a tired baby was a little much we thought. The house was 100% completely ready except for that. That first impression / interaction really tainted our experience and will rent elsewhere next time.

It was clean & very spacious. All of the basics were in the cabin we needed.

We had a wonderful four days. The beach is a half a block away. SUP & Kayak rentals are also right at the beach. Hiking is literally right across the street.We would stay again.

A Beautiful Tahoe Cabin. We loved it!

Beautiful cabin located in Tahoe Vista. from the Reno area & never truly went up much to enjoy beautiful Tahoe. family of 5 decided to rent this cabin & take some time to really enjoy the Tahoe beautiful views, beaches, restaurants &forest. cabin was just as it said .very close to the beach.barely a 3 minute walk if that. Very clean & well kept. Absolutely well taken care of , didnt seem like a rental home.. seemed like an individuals home they lived in. Had many supplies that you could use that some may have forgotten, spices, TP, paper towels, condiments, board games, movies. The beds were perfect & comfortable. There isnt AC however there was a ceiling fan in one bedroom & a stand up fan in the other. we left the windows upstairs at night open ,very refreshing cool breeze cooled off the entire house, the next day we closed everything, blinds & all .. left for the day , returned & the cabin was very cool still . Appliances are very top grade, tile floors and granite like counters.. more like a hotel room with the soft fluffy bed linens.The neighborhood was very quiet, quiet hours 10p-8a were awesome Not a peep from anyone.just the friendly squirrel out back. Plenty of side parking if you have a small RV or boat. I can not say enough about how awesome this place was.. I can go on & on ! This place was perfect for us, we had 3 kids over 13.that shared the upstairs bedroom & my husband & I took the other upstairs, this worked for us since neither child wanted to be downstairs alone in the twin bed room keep that in mind if you have smaller kids, they may not want to go down there alone. This is the only downside of the cabin, for those that may have smaller children or more than 3 children.The only thing not fond of was the garbage situation..Tahoe you must keep all your garbage inside or locked up.the bears & other critters love it. We got there Friday afternoon & was checking out the bear proof trash reciptical outfront, very small but held 2 small trash bins.The entire reciptical was full, trash stuffed in tight can barely get anything in.we were there until Tuesday morning..5 people on vacation have a lot of garbage.we didnt want to keep inside or have to lug it back to Reno. We kept shoving it inside the reciptical barely getting it locked. the trash pick up isnt until Tuesday morning.Once a week, this makes it hard for vacation rentals & once completely full where do you dispose? Other than that , great! Planning our next visit already.

Perfect beach home for our family!

The home was well equipped with everything needed for our beach vacation. Located just steps from the beach with convenient kayak and SUP rentals. Gorgeous views of Lake Tahoe and surrounding mountains. Short drive to restaurants and shopping. Only suggestion would be beach towels and chairs although rentals were available at beach. Ample parking available. Private back yard and laundry facilities. Very comfortable beds!

Great Place To Stay at Lake Tahoe

My whole family loved this cabin. We stayed here for a week this summer. Think updated and tastefully decorated. NEAR THE BEACH (a block and a half walking distance)!! In Tahoe Vista only 5 minutes drive from Kings Beach. We did not want to leave. I highly recommend this property.

Charming cabin close to everything

The cabin is lovely and the bedrooms very spacious & comfortable. Location is perfect-walking distance to beach, cafe, and restaurants. The kitchen & living room are small but well appointed. We would definitely stay here again.

Easy access to ski resorts

We stayed at this property the week of Christmas. We were greeted by Christmas lights outdoors and a few decorations inside as well. The property has a cozy, welcoming feel. We were on a ski vacation; Northstar resort is 20 minutes away, while Squaw/Alpine and Heavenly were a bit further but all driveable. The home is a block away from the lake with park access right across the street. The location was ideal for our plans. We will stay here again if our vacation plans take us back to the Tahoe area.

Awesome Cabin. Perfect for vacation !!

This was the best time we spent till now. we were there for a family vacation. This is perfect cabin for 2 families. A well maintained, clean & has all the stuff required for vacation home. Awesome frontdesk staff (though we did not met anyone, communicated just over phone and through emails) and prompt response to every query. would definitely prefer this cabin to rent again and refer to friends.

Cute home close to beach

The house is located across the street from Tahoe Vista beach behind the post office. It is tucked away and surrounded by trees which makes the area quiet and away from the busy highway. But you would have to cross it to walk to the beach. The place may seem cramped if you have a few people over to visit. We went up with other families who stayed elsewhere but this property was the closest to the beach so it was home base for all of us and it couldn't accommodate more than 5-6 people in the living room comfortably. So we spent a majority of our time outside in the backyard or at the beach. During our last night we had problems with the water heater and survived on only cold water. The owner was very accommodating and offered several other options to make our stay more comfortable. Thankfully, we had family staying at other properties to use their showers. The 2 rooms located upstairs are spacious but the ceilings in both rooms are not enclosed making it possible to hear everything and impossible to sleep when others are bustling around in the house. The noise level is loud in the bedrooms upstairs. We weren't able to make use of the remodeled bathroom but it is very nice. All in all it is a nice place to rent for a small family and the owners are very accommodating.

Perfect Weekend Retreat!

Couldn't say anything better about this property. Pictures don't do it justice. This cozy, warm and updated lodge was the perfect retreat for our weekend skiing in Tahoe. The linens were nice, the towels were soft, the kitchen was stocked and everything was great! Very conveniently located to a grocery store, shops and restaurants. Would come back!

cozy cottage in a convenient and beautiful spot

This cozy little cottage was perfect for me and my 2 boys! We all slept upstairs, in the 2 spacious BRs, with a pull-out loveseat, 2 Kings, and a large closet- which was perfect for their own private nap nook. With all of that too, we were able to alter sleeping arraingments to suit their moods. They are both early risers, starting at 5:15, so the 2 twin room downstairs, became there playroom, while mommy rested upstairs peacefully. The fireplace kicked out a lot of warmth, so it looked great and was very functional. We didn't need to use central heat half the time. The kitchen was well stocked, with any basics you need, as well as some spices, etc.; things you'd love to have but may not remember to pack. They even labeled contents of cabinets and drawers for ease of use! The wood throughout the cabin made it feel rustic but because it was light and the rest of the house was modernized, it was more of a cute cottage rather than a rustic cabin, getaway. It exceeded expectations from the web pics. The lake is across the street, so its an amazing view, as well as super easy access to the beach for sand play and rock climbing, this time of year. As another bonus for location, it was a mile from safeway/starbucks, and less than 15 minutes from Northstar. Large TVs in the rooms and downstairs. Because it was a small living space downstairs, its probably best for young-ish kids, or families that want to be out and about a lot. For us it was perfect. They could color and hang out at the table while I cooked, hang out in the yard to play, in their "playroom" when in the building and playing mode, then we could all go to the beach and northstar when we wanted to get out and about. The bathrooms were very nicely updated and the whole place was very clean. I would definitely stay here again. The only downside, if you have light sleepers, make sure to bring a noise machine as you do hear street noise since its so close to the main road. Luckily, we travel with one as my guys have always been light sleepers, but it could have been an issue. That being said, its not a crazy busy road. I could definitely see coming here for a guys or gals trip, romantic getaway, or a couple families joint short getaway. I also got an immediate response from owners when trying to book and was able to do so day of, at a great rate for the house/location. Keyless entry was another nice touch; no having to search for keys or worry about losing them.

Perfect Christmas Holiday Cabin!!

This cabin served as a perfect place to feel at home is the beauty of N. Lake Tahoe. This was a perfectly located place to stay and it brought every comfort that could be imagined. Having Safeway close was a big plus because there are enough odds and ends to deal with on a big trip like this it was nice knowing I didn't have to have all the meals and food figured out in advance. Easy drive to Northstar and we were fortunate to have a few Pow days during our stay... We will definately stay here again throughout the year as well as reserving for the holidays next year.

Great Experience

I stayed with my wife, her parents and our two children. The location was great for our stay during the 4th of July week. Close proximity to Tahoe City, Sand harbor, and Truckee. We felt it was way above average for a rental, the space adequate for all of us, and the beds comfortable. My mother-in-law spent a lot of time cooking and was happy with the kitchen, my father-in-law and I watched the World Cup and the TV worked great. We loved the park at the top of the street (North Tahoe Recreation?)- a beautiful place to hike and a play ground for kids- wished I had brought my frisbee golf discs. Anyway, it's totally sufficient to the Tahoe traveler that gets the most out of being outdoors and isn't just hanging out in the house the whole time- otherwise, it might seem small if you have a big group. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location, very clean, very nicely appointed

The cabin is located right across the street from a public beach in Tahoe Vista. The inside is very clean. The appliances are modern, and the kitchen is very well stocked. We had an excellent stay and made great use of the BBQ in the backyard, the two enormous master bedrooms, and fully equipped kitchen. The cabin was clean and comfortable. We had a great stay. Fabulous location to walk to kayaking and kayak to Kings Beach.

Cozy and Clean

We were 6 adults plus one baby and really enjoyed this place. The house is made entirely of wood and hence has a very warm and cozy feel to it. Beds were comfortable (king size beds were great!). Easy walking distance to the lake, nearby restaurants, and even a regional park. It's very clean and the kitchen is well-stocked. The backyard is nice for hanging out in (has a charcoal grill), and in fact even the front porch is a good place to hang out. The bathrooms have plenty of supplies and all the bedrooms had plenty of linens. Because it's so small and intimate, there is little privacy and sound travels eveyrwhere (bring earplugs if you plan on sleeping in or going to bed early while others are up). The neighbor's dogs were also barking and howling at times which was not peaceful. Two downsides. 1) Since the house is located one lot from the main road around Lake Tahoe (Route 28), you are exposed to all the noise from obnoxiously loud motorcyclists, souped-up cars, and trucks. I don't know why we as a society allow this kind of completely unnecessary noise, but in the meantime, these sounds can be annoying at this house. 2) Wifi is poor. Not that we vacation at Tahoe to use the internet a lot, but it's just such a part of our lives these days that it's nice to know you can get a reliable and healthy connection. That's not the case here. Suggestion for owners. 1) This place needs a recycling container. It's a shame to have to throw out paper, plastic, and bottles. 2) The water filter on the fridge needs to be replaced -- water barely trickles out of it. Overall, a great place and we might very well be back.

lovely Tahoe cabin

My family of four just enjoyed a beautiful snowy weekend at this lovely cabin. Great location right across the street from the lake, with yummy Mexican food down the street and a great playground right up the road. Spent the days learning to ski and the nights enjoying the fireplace. We would come back again for the snow, or to use the big back yard for a summer bbq. Loved the Jacuzzi bath and appreciated the delicious chocolates. We miss it already.

Cozy Little Cabin

We rented this cabin for a ski weekend. We decided to go to Squaw based off preference, but the cabin is really close to North Star. Overall our experience was great. The fireplace was really warm, and we constantly had warm water. We were 6 adults and one teen. We fit a little snug, but we didn't mind. Easy to find, only a block away from the lake and really close to the safeway. It was a great cabin for our getaway
