Welcome to Doxie-Horse Cottage! PET FRIENDLY! This cute, peaceful home is located only minutes from the World Equestrian Center, Rainbow River, Citrus River, and downtown Ocala. When not venturing out, guests can relax in this nearly brand new spacious house complete with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully-stocked kitchen, fenced-in yard for dogs, and thoughtfully themed decor; a horse and dachshund lover`s dream!
Guests have private access to the entire house (excluding the garage), including three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining/workspace area, and living room. The spacious living room is open to the dining/workspace area and leads into the kitchen, and the three bedrooms are located down a hallway.

Guests have instant access to the host through the Airbnb app. We love communicating with our guests and doing whatever it takes to ensure they have the best experience possible!
The house is located in a private, quiet residential neighborhood.
PET POLICY: Up to two dogs are permitted. The maximum weight of each dog is twenty-five pounds.
All pet(s) must be approved prior to submitting a reservation. If pet(s) are permitted they cannot be left unattended in the property unless left in a kennel. Guest acknowledges they are responsible for all damages attributable to any pet. Guest assumes all liability for damages attributable to any pet, including, but not limited to, damage to furnishings, walls, floor, windows, appliances, damages stemming from animal bites, etc.
Guest agrees that Property Manager and Property Managerâs agents will not be liable for any loss of or damage to any personal property in or on the rental premises or stored in rooms or places provided to Guest in connection therewith, nor will Property Manager or Property Managerâs agents or employees be liable to Guest, Guest`s family, guests, or agents for failure to repair or maintain any part of the rental premises or property contained therein absent gross negligence. Guest further agrees that neither Property Manager, nor Property Managerâs agents or employees will be liable for any damage to the personal property of the Guest, Guest`s family, guests, or agents arising from theft, vandalism, fire, water, rain, acts of God or government, interruption of utilities, acts of others or other third party or external causes whatsoever.
Guest is responsible for and will indemnify the Property Manager and Property Managerâs agents and hold them harmless from any and all claims, liability, demands, actions, causes of action, expenses, damages, losses or injuries sustained by any person including Guest, Guest`s family, agents, guests or invitees as a result of or arising from the Guest`s subject occupancy and tenancy, including, but in no way limited to claims arising from the use of any pool, hot tub, spa-pool, water area or dock, which are part of the rental premises. Guest will also be liable and indemnify Property Manager for attorney`s fees and court costs incurred by Property Manager in enforcing any of the terms, covenants or conditions of this reservation or which are sustained by Property Manager as a result of or arising from or during Guest`s subject occupancy and tenancy.
Guest agrees to thermostat temperature usage between 70° F and 78° F when set to cool, and 66° F and 72° F when set to heat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited. Guest agrees to refrain from smoking inside the property and within a 50-foot radius of the house.
Guest agrees to refrain from entering the garage.
Guest agrees to ensure property is locked and secure any time they leave the premises.
