Sterchi building, the loft features a spacious bedroom, a modern bathroom, and an open-
concept living area.
Relax and unwind in the cozy living space, complete with comfortable seating and ample
natural light streaming through large windows. Prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen,
equipped with all the essentials including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and
dishwasher.
For your convenience, a washer and dryer are provided in the unit, allowing you to freshen

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. You’ll
be given two codes for self-check in: one for the building and the other for the unit.
Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated upon request, subject to
availability.
House Rules: To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the
following house rules:
• Pets are allowed on the property, but please make sure to clean up after them.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 8:00AM.
• No parties, events, or commercial photography.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited.

• The maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
• Dispose of trash properly before departure.
