Cette charmante villa de quatre étages détaché propose un hébergement confortable, cinq salles de bain maison de vacances de la famille et relaxant quatre chambres à coucher. Chaque pièce de la villa ainsi les quatre balcons et trois terrasses offrent de superbes vues panoramiques de la baie de Kalamar et les oliveraies environnantes. La villa propose également une piscine privée dans un magnifique jardin paysager.

La mer, club de plage et du centre de plongée de mer profonde sont à 5 minutes de descente à pied de la villa. Villa Tymnessos est un outil facile 5 minutes à pied des commerces et des restaurants les plus proches et le charmant village de Kalkan est à quelques pas de la villa. De nombreux balcons et terrasses de la Villa Tymnessos garantissent à nos clients une vue sur la mer inégalées, couchers de soleil romantiques et à couper le souffle et précieux souvenirs de leurs vacances de la côte turquoise.

Espaces extérieurs et piscine:
La villa offre une belle sélection des espaces extérieurs calme pour se détendre et profiter de la mer et une vue magnifique plantées en oliviers, y compris quatre balcons face à la mer avec une vue exceptionnelle. Vous pourrez profiter de la terrasse ombragée plancher d'ardoise sur le niveau de la piscine et une salle terrasse ombragée au 1er étage. Le toit-terrasse offre une vue populaire de mer inégalées et imprenable sur la baie de Kalamar et la campagne environnante. Un humide bar / kitchenette et d'un réfrigérateur est situé sur le niveau de la terrasse sur le toit afin que les clients peuvent profiter de leurs préférés des rafraîchissements tout en regardant le coucher du soleil.

La villa dispose d'une piscine et magnifiquement paysagé, jardin coloré. La terrasse de la piscine est équipée de chaises longues et fauteuils confortables. Une jungle douche extérieure privée et rafraîchissante est niché dans les jardins luxuriants. Un barbecue charbon de bois pour barbecue bain turc est disponible pour les clients. De nombreux balcons et terrasses de la Villa Tymnessos garantissent à nos clients une vue sur la mer, les couchers de soleil à couper le souffle incomparables et précieux souvenirs de leurs vacances turquoise côte.

À distance de marche de la Villa Tymnessos:
Villa Tymnessos est idéalement situé dans la baie de Kalamar dans une promenade de 5 minutes du club de la mer et de la plage.

Café Vita se trouve à 5 minutes à pied de la villa vers Kalkan et offre une superbe petit déjeuner turc et continental, le déjeuner et le dîner. Beaucoup de touristes et les habitants sont considérés en lisant le journal du matin ici, car ils aiment leur thé ou de café. Vous pourrez également acheter leur pain frais du matin ici si préparer le petit déjeuner dans la villa. Deux petites supérettes familiales avec la ferme des fruits et légumes frais sont situés dans un 5-10 minutes à pied de la villa.

Le charmant village de Kalkan est à seulement 15 minutes à pied ou moins de 5 minutes en voiture de la villa. Kalkan propose de nombreux restaurants excellents et bien renommés turques et internationales, des boutiques alléchantes, un port pittoresque et de nombreux cafés en plein air qui tirent parti des incroyables panoramas qu'offre le village. Regarder le coucher de soleil depuis le petit port ou flâner dans Kalkan de rues pavées et des bâtiments blanchis à la chaux.

Transfert de l'aéroport et le transport local:
Notre gestionnaire de l'immeuble vous aider à organiser de transfert de Dalaman ou des aéroports de Antalya. Nous recommandons ADDA Tours, une société de transfert autorisé et de bonne réputation, qui vous attendra à l'aéroport et vous emmènera directement à la Villa Tymnessos. Le temps de transfert non-stop de l'aéroport de Dalaman Villa Tymnessos est d'environ 1 heure et 20 minutes. Transfert de l'aéroport d'Antalya prend habituellement environ trois heures et comprend généralement un court arrêt.

Une fois que vous arrivez à la Villa Tymnessos, une voiture ne est pas nécessaire pour profiter de tout ce que la baie de Kalamar Kalkan et ont à offrir. Dolmus (mini-autobus) exécuté fréquemment durant la journée pendant l'été et les taxis locaux sont toujours disponibles et de fournir une option pratique et peu coûteux. Plusieurs voitures, mini-fourgonnettes et de location de scooter agences sont disponibles localement si vous souhaitez louer un véhicule après l'arrivée. Lovely early April stay

We came in early April, 6 adults and one 6yr old. Easy to find and good general amenities in the local area.The property is fantastic, pool is stunning, living area is stunning, bedrooms are stunning, kitchen is stunning, BBQ is stunning and if we ever had any questions our hosts were there to help.The only thing I would say is early April is a little too early for all the restaurants/bars/hotels to be open, but there were enough open to have some fantastic meals out and obviously does not reflect on the villa itself.

Fantastic villa

We've just enjoyed a brilliant week in Villa Tymnessos. Built over 4 levels, and with each of the 4 bedrooms having an ensuite bathroom, we had lots of space to relax. Gorgeous views from the roof terrace and spacious eating area just off the kitchen. Lots of comfy outdoor furniture to relax on. Very comfortable beds. Sean was very prompt and informative with communications before and during our stay and we were fortunate to be granted a late check out of 4pm as no guests were due that day. The villa was easy to find using google maps. Handy couple of supermarkets and eateries just 5 mins walk away and about 25 min walk to the harbour and old town. We had a hire car so easy enough to drive over and park there in an evening if dining out there. Very quiet area in terms of traffic and neighbours. Highly recommended

Fantastic Villa on the outskirts of Kalkan

Having been invited to a wedding in Kalcan and looking through the range of available options we went for this villa and we were not disappointed in any way. The villa itself is well appointed, clean and has all you could need. It has stunning views of the Turkish Mediterranean sea, especially from the roof terrance. The private pool was something we utilised every day. The villa's location was ideal for us as it was close enough to the town to be able to walk there easily but for enough away to be quiet in the evenings. The hosts had arranged a simple 'welcome pack' of supplies and due to flight and car rental delays we didn't get to the town until nearly midnight and yet the local contact came to meet us and made sure we were in the villa. I had never been to Turkey before but if you are interested I can thoroughly recommend the place and this villa. For us there was just the two of us and we enjoyed the space but the villa is big enough for a couple of families to be in the place without being on top of each other. Recommended without any hesitation.

Turkish Delight

From my first inquiry about Villa Tymnessos, communication with the hosts was excellent. They were friendly, always quick to respond and very helpful indeed. Booking and communication was effortless. A very welcome, ‘Welcome’ pack was left for us, providing us with the essentials for breakfast following our late night arrival. Very thoughtful. Our request for a later check-out due to the night time departure of our return flight was also kindly accommodated. The villa was wonderful, spacious and very comfortable. Large comfy beds in the main bedrooms and modern en suite bathrooms. We didn’t use the kitchen much as there are so many lovely, good value places to eat out, however it is fully stocked with high end appliances including everything you’d need for staying in and cooking up a storm. The pool was a good size, extremely clean and maintained daily. Stayed in many villas over the years and this pool is right up there as one of the best. So refreshing to cool off from the heat of the still very warm October sun. We loved it! There are outstanding views from the Villa across the bay. Incredible! So many vantage points, from the balcony dining area to the main bedroom balconies, to the wonderful roof terrace. Sunrise, sunset, boats crossing the bay. Mesmerising! We had a truly wonderful time in Kalkan at Villa Tymnessos and would return. Thank you.

We loved Villa Tymnessos, and the location was an added bonus. The pre-holiday description was very accurate so we had an idea what to expect but we were still pleasantly surprised. The Turkish people were just so friendly and could not do enough to make us feel more welcome. Hope to return!

Magical Villa Tymnessos

What a wonderful holiday we had at Villa Tymnessos. The Villa is gorgeous - super spacious, well appointed, with everything you could hope for on a beach vacation. We loved the bougainvillea and trailing honeysuckle that flourishes in the garden. It really adds to the Mediterranean ‘exotic’ holiday feel. Being on a hill, the views from the Villa are fantastic. The roof-top terrace is a real treat, a great place for both early mornings and sunsets. In fact, the hardest part of our stay was deciding where to sit for breakfast each morning! We highly recommend getting your freshly baked morning bread at one of the local cafés - we shopped at Can Can - which is no more than a 10-minute walk from the Villa. Even though our stay was at the end of October, a good few swims were had in the fabulous pool. And for non-swimmers, there is no lack of places to sit, read and/or snooze – upstairs or downstairs. Each day was like finding somewhere new! There is plenty to do in the town itself. Sean and Morgan have compiled an excellent recommendation guide which helped us navigate our way around. A stroll through old town and the harbour will keep you entertained, not to mention well-fed. We took the local bus to Kas for lunch on one of our days, which very easy to do and a great experience – again we recommended it. The Beach club too was excellent. We spent two afternoons there, lunching, swimming and doing… nothing much. The service is good and, if you don’t fancy the hilly walk back, they offer a shuttle service. It was always good to come back to the Villa – being slightly out of the town, means that it is quieter, which we appreciated after a long day of ……doing nothing much. To top off our experience, Hamza very kindly organised our transfer to the airport, taking any of that stress away. What great service Thank you Sean and Morgan for sharing your Villa with us. Brilliant holiday home. Perfect for a relaxing family holiday.

The views are spectacular and the villa is exactly as advertised. There are loads of balconies and terraces so it never feels crowded, even with a large family. There are even 2 family rooms on different levels which works great when the kids need their own space, DVDs and television. Even though we visited in October, the pool was great and the town was busy, which kept the kids entertained. Perfect holiday!

Great place, great people, great service

We had a wonderful time, we stayed for 2 weeks from the 12th August as 2 families, 8 of us in total. Sean and Morgan couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful during the booking and stay and Mustafa who looked after the grounds and pool was great and very helpful. The villa is lovely, nice and modern inside with some great views from the main bedroom floor and especially the roof terrace, a must for sun downers. The kids loved the pool which thankfully with the heat does enjoy some shelter throughout most of the day. We enjoyed being just outside Kalkan in Kalamar Bay, about 15 to 20 minutes walk as it was a little quieter and has easy access to Kalamar bay beach club just below which was great, and with taxis being cheap and regular it is not an issue, and there are a number of restaurants and bars just a stone thrown away on the walk in. We loved the area, plenty to do and the restaurants, service and people are great. Other than the great restaurants in the old town, there is a ton of things to do on the door step or within a decent drive from scuba diving or going out on a boat with Captain Lucky, to gorge walking and enjoying the beaches. Our first time in Turkey and we think we came to the right place, we will hopefully be back.

Amazing Family Getaway

I heard about this property from a friend and wanted to try it as a family getaway. We travelled as a group of three adults, two children, and an infant. Information provided on the website and contact information was very helpful to arrange the transfer from the airport to the villa. The company recommended for us was extremely professional and considerate given that we have baby travelers. We arrived to the villa which is really spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The furniture is good as new. The Dollmans were kind enough to leave us very helpful information on things to do in Kalkan, contact information of taxi drivers, supermarkets, restaurants, etc, and guiding information to use the home appliances. This was of a huge benefit to us as first time visitors. I cannot begin to describe the views from the villa. Yes! All of the photos on the website, you get to see them for real! :) Every window or glass door provides you with a relieving view. The living rooms and bedrooms are distributed in a way that ensures privacy and comfort especially for people with kids. The villa and the area in general is very safe and quite. Neighbors are very friendly as well. The Dollmans have kindly allowed our kids to use the toys of theirs which our kids have really appreciated. The pool was cleaned daily and we really had a great time swimming as it is also private. The food in the restaurants recommended by the Dollmans is great. I'm home now but when I look back, I remember breakfasts on the balcony, sunrises and sunsets clear from home, greenery, and hospitality. We will definitely come back to our home away from home!

A lovely villa

We had a lovely 5 day’s at this wonderful villa in Kalkan. The place was nicely decorated, well maintained and equipped. It is in a great location to walk to the restaurants, beach club and town. Recommend breakfast at Cafe Vita, Turkish bath at ‘Sera’ and Turkish shave at ‘Sweeney Todd’s’ The problems we had ( nothing serious) were quickly and politely sorted by the property managers which minimised any inconvenience.

Great place, great location, great view!!!

We really enjoyed staying at Villa Tymnessos in Kalkan. Sean and Morgan provided all the information needed before and during our stay. We liked it so much and extended our stay by one day to spend more time in the house. The view from the terrace and the main bedroom is stunning! We used the pool at nights, perfect place to spend time with family, rooms are spacious and everyone felt so comfortable. We had a minor issue with the electricity, but Hamza and Suleyman quickly sorted out. Mustafa was there every morning to water the garden, clean the pool and check in to see that everything was in order. It’s a place to relax, rest and enjoy the holiday. Perfect summer holiday!

We have just returned home after the most wonderful stay at the fantastic Villa Tymnessos in Kalkan... we absolutely loved every minute! The house was amazing, the little town was amazing and we just had the most incredible time! The villa provided the most beautiful views from every room and provided everything that we could possibly need - the welcome package on our arrival was extremely thoughtful and much appreciated! Two families can stay together very comfortably in this well appointed home, the swimming pool is very sheltered and provided a welcome refresher after a long day out. We didn’t have any real queries, but the property managers were always available to help. They even organised us a wonderful baby sitter on two occasions. We received excellent recommendations from the owners and explored Kalkan, Kas, Patara, Islamlar and the surrounding areas. We really enjoyed the Kalamar Beach Club and fell in love with Kaputas beach. We also did a two day trip on Sea Bella Junior to Kekova... it was amazing!! We recommend renting a car during the stay, as it makes it so much easier to navigate around the town and nearby attractions. The local supermarket adjacent to Cafe Vita is helpful for emergency supplies, but I would recommend Migros Supermarket for shopping. Don't miss the pancakes at the Kalkan market on a Thursday! We absolutely love Turkey, its people, its food, its hospitality and beautiful waters and cannot wait to return!

Simply excellent! Will recommend to others, quiet yet accessible location, tremendous views.

Lovely villa in a peaceful part of Kalkan with a wonderful view

Villa Tymnessos has everything you would expect from a summerhouse and more. Perfect for a family vacation or a weekly getaway with your friends. Owners Sean and Morgan built a house with a perfect layout and the property manager Mr. Hamza is very helpful. The villa has everything you need and more. And the close proximity to the beach is a big plus.

what an amazing villa in Kalamar Bay! beautiful views, gorgeous rooms and so many places to sit, eat and enjoy the location. Sean and Morgan went out of their way to help us have a lovely family holiday. thanks for everything!

Superb villa with fantastic views

The villa exceeded our expectations, great pool, never tire of the views over the bay. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family. Local beach club a must with lots of facilities included in the sun bed charge. Local restaurant Yelken well worth a visit superb food, service and atmosphere. Cafe Vita also worth a visit especially on barbeque night. Kalkan town and harbour a 30 minute strole is well worth a visit. Thank you Sean & Morgan (& Hamza) for welcoming us.

A stunning place to stay

This place is something special! I have never booked a holiday with more friendly, professional or accommodating people. From the moment we enquired to the moment we returned, the owners have been good humoured, patient and very helpful. From little queries about pool depth (as we have a 6 year old daughter), to helpful tips on places to go. Brilliant service. They helped organise our transfer, hire car, helped us with advice about Visas and returned our security deposit very promptly. Thank you. The accommodation is amazing. The views breathtaking. The rooms are spacious and the whole place was excellently equipped (they even provided beach towels and great choice of kids stuff for their pool.) We had everything we needed and enjoyed the complimentary bits and bobs that had been left for us. The only problem we had at this property was trying to decide which balcony to eat on and which amazing vista to soak up next. It is a very clean villa. The air con works a treat. The pool is cleaned every day by M who was very courteous and friendly. Location wise we loved it. We were only a couple of minutes walk away from restaurants and the Main Street into town. there is a vast choice of places to eat and we did not have a bad meal once. We would definitely like to return to Villa Tymnessos, and would highly recommend the Villa as a place to stay in what is a beautiful area of Turkey.

We are a family that loves to travel. We have always talked about owning a little place somewhere overseas where we could escape from the world. We found that in Kalkan and Villa Icon is our escape.

We fell in love with Kalkan during a visit in the summer of 2005, and we have been property owners in Kalkan since 2008. In 2024 we purchased Villa Icon as it immediately captured our hearts. We wanted a home that offered entertainment options and activities for our teenagers while also providing spaces for the adults to relax and rejuvenate. Kalamar Bay is our favorite area of Kalkan as we love the views, the beach clubs, and the variety of restaurants and coffee shops. We always enjoy wandering through the quaint village of Kalkan, reliving memories of past trips, and renewing our friendships with the locals. Once you taste the superb local cuisine and experience one of the amazing sunsets here, you will understand why Kalkan is so special.

We chose Villa Icon as it is a beautiful modern property with numerous amenities in our favorite location, Kalamar Bay. It is only a short 5 minute walk to the sea and to the beach clubs, and 2-3 minute walk from some amazing restaurants. Families will enjoy all of the entertainment options available in the villa, and with a heated pool, hammam, and sauna the villa can be enjoyed year-round. For movie and sports buffs, the cinema room provides a cool escape, and the gym, pool table, and plunge pool will keep active families entertained. The villa is suitable for large families or even two families vacationing together as the layout provides multiple hangout spaces for kids and adults. The villa has incredible views of the Mediterranean, the neighboring olive groves, and the Taurus mountains behind Kalkan.
