“A wonderful getaway and home in the Las Vegas area!

The home was nice and spacious for my family of 13. The pictures matched the descriptions and expectations in person. There were plenty of towels and amenities provided for our 3 night stay. The kitchen had everything you needed from species, utensils, etc.

The pool was spacious enough and a bit dirty when we arrived. So some extra cleaning needed to be done to clean out the leaves.

Location was near the strip (approx 20+ mins) and close to Asian areas as well as LV shopping Outlets. We had very little trouble finding the Airbnb as it was the 3rd house down and close enough to major roads.

This home has five bedrooms, all located upstairs. Two of the bedrooms offer two queen-sized mattresses, two bedrooms with king-sized mattresses, and one bedroom with a four twin beds. The master bedroom, one of the rooms with two queen beds, offers an ensuite bathroom. The room with four twin beds offers a desk and chair for workspace if needed. All bedrooms offer room-darkening curtains to sleep comfortably after those late Vegas nights!

Three full-sized bathrooms, two upstairs with shower/bathtub combos and hand-held shower heads. The master ensuite is one of these two upstairs bathrooms. Downstairs offers a full bathroom with beautiful shower room equipped with dual shower heads and direct access from the backyard to the shower and bathroom. Necessities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer in each bathroom.

We have a fully stocked kitchen with updated stainless-steel appliances, including a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster oven, and everything you need to cook delicious meals throughout your stay. Utensils and dishes included.
Laundry on-site, equipped with two washers, two dryers, iron, ironing board, laundry detergent and dryer sheets.

We have a paved and covered patio, with outdoor seating to lounge and enjoy the pool view. Propane BBQ, outdoor dining, lounge chairs to soak up the sun, and plenty of outdoor seating for the whole group to enjoy together! Mini Golf and Corn Hole also available!

Elevate your stay with the option to heat our sparkling pool, available for an additional fee. To ensure your comfort, please let us know in advance if you'd like the pool heater turned on, as it takes approximately 24 hours to reach the desired temperature. Pool heating fees must be paid in advance and cover a minimum of two consecutive nights of your reservation to account for the time and energy required.

Enjoy the pool area's tranquil ambiance; however, please be aware that it may not be separately fenced from the rest of the backyard. We kindly remind you that there is no lifeguard on duty, and to swim at your own risk. For your safety, we ask occupants to refrain from diving or running on the pool deck.

Indulge in the ultimate relaxation experience! Our private, in ground spa is yours to enjoy! From April 1–Sept 30 there is no additional cost, however, during the colder months Oct 1–March 31 there is an additional fee due to the increased energy cost. To ensure your comfort, spa heating is available from 8 am to 10 pm PST, in blocks of up to 4 hours, as we must remotely activate it for you. Please plan ahead, as it takes approximately 1–3 hours to reach the desired temperature, depending on weather and air temperature. For your safety and convenience, the heater will automatically switch off by 10 pm daily. Let us know if you'd like to enjoy the spa during your stay.
