Owners and residents are allowed to park in the parking lot located in front of the unit. Please be aware that the parking is not gated and there are no garage facilities. Additional parking is available on nearby side streets if necessary.
The owner can be reached through phone, text, or messaging on the booking platform. The owner hotline operates from 8am to 9pm PST, though it may not be accessible overnight. Texting or using the booking platform is the preferred method and typically results in a faster response.

By occupying this home, occupants are participating in a shared ownership agreement during the dates of their stay. Occupants must sign the Member Agreement, which is sent in advance via email. A $50 security deposit is required against any potential damage or loss of items.

-Be mindful of noise, especially after 9pm.
-Do not tamper with the cameras, noise monitor, lights, WiFi, pool equipment (if applicable) or any other equipment. Tampering may lead to a $175 charge.
-Occupants must sign Member Agreement that is sent via email. All persons in the party will be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
-$50 Security deposit is required for any potential damages or loss of items.
-If equipped with heated pool, pool heating is an additional fee, must be paid in advance, and must be utilized for a minimum of two consecutive days.
-If equipped with in-ground spa, heating is only available between 8am-10pm PST, in 4 hour blocks, and must be requested by occupant.
-Host communication is always available 8am-9pm PST, but may not be available overnight.
-If occupant remains beyond check-out, occupant will be charged $150.
-Violation of noise and code enforcement policies will result in $1000 fine.
-If animal hair or waste is found after your stay, occupant will be charged $150 for additional cleaning.
