However, we do supply a limited number of hangers and hooks for hanging garments and belongings, along with a luggage rack for your suitcase.

Kindly be aware, this backyard space is shared among the other units (totaling 5 units) in the building.

Upon staying in this residence, occupants engage in a collective ownership arrangement for the duration of their visit. Prior to occupancy, occupants are required to sign the Member Agreement, which will be sent in advance via email. Once the membership agreement is signed and occupancy commences, congratulations, you become a bona fide homeowner!

A $50 security deposit is necessary to cover any potential damages or losses.

We also welcome Long-term stays!

The owner hotline operates from 8am to 9pm daily, although it may not be available overnight.
