Main House: 3BR/2BA Cozy Getaway in the Heart of Dallas

✔With a king-size bed in the first floor and a queen-size bed upstairs this home offers ample space for a restful stay. The third Queen size bed is located on the first floor.

✔ The home offers TVs one in each bedroom and one in the living room.
✔ We two parking spots. Our guest can either park in the garage or in the driveway.
✔The driveway has access for to small cars or one car in the garage. There is also street parking available. 

✔We allow well behaved cats and dogs. Please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us. Note PET FEE: A pet fee will be ranging from $50-$200 depending on the duration of your stay. Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog.

✔Please be aware that for stays longer than 30 days, a mid-stay cleaning is required and will incur an additional fee. This helps us ensure the property remains in excellent condition throughout your stay.
