Kanaloa at Kona est une oasis tropicale idyllique situé sur une pointe de terre et entouré de He'eia Bay, l'océan Pacifique et le Kona Country Club Ocean Golf Course. Il est classé par beaucoup comme le «meilleur» complexe à Kailua-Kona.

Cette confortable, légère et accueillant vue sur l'océan condo est situé sur 17 hectares de végétation tropicale luxuriante, surplombant la magnifique baie Keauhou et l'océan Pacifique. Les jardins bien entretenus créent la vie privée et de beauté où vous pourrez vous détendre et profiter de plus de 300 jours de Kona de soleil par an!

Chambres et Services
Il ya deux chambres joliment aménagées avec un lit king size, et maître de bain en-suite, rénovés en Mars 2012, l'autre avec un complet et un lit simple. Les deux chambres ont leur propre balcon privé, chacune avec vue sur l'océan! Il ya aussi un queen size canapé dans le salon. Deux télévisions par câble, l'un dans le salon et l'autre dans la chambre du bas. Le grand salon / salle à manger a une vue sur l'océan spacieuse véranda / balcon avec une grande table à manger. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer un simple collation ou même un repas gastronomique.

Lovely place!

We all truly enjoyed our stay at the turtle house. It was the perfect place for our family. The location was great. Close enough to Kona for the fun of the town but far enough away to feel a bit secluded. The place is stocked with everything you need for a beach vacation including towels and shovels and pails. Very comfortable beds. The pools are fantastic and there is a tennis court which I didn’t think mattered until my son decided to pick up a new sport. We enjoyed our time so much, that we were all a bit sad to leave. Highly recommend and will go back if we are lucky enough to head back Kona!

Beautiful retreat

With beautiful bay views and lots of windows to view them, this home was perfect for relaxing and listening to the ocean. Everything we needed for our stay was found within. We look forward to going back again!

Great views. Loved the pools.

My daughters and I rented 3 condos in this resort. All three condos were different and very nice. The Turtle House was unique with the lovely master bedroom on the third floor. I loved this room, and claimed that as my room. Hopefully when you read this review they will replace the folding beach chairs. I would come back to the Turtle House in the future

Great View From a Private Unit

Clean, well provisioned unit with great views. Good air conditioning overcomes warms afternoons. On multiple levels so be prepared to climb stairs.

Great stay in Kona

First time to Kona with my family of 5. Condo was bright, clean and very comfortable. Good location and came with a few perks like beach and snorkeling gear. Spent a few afternoons at the ocean pool, great spot to relax and watch the waves.

We love the turtle house!

Beautiful view out of 3 different lanais. Close to coffee country and the best snorkeling I’ve ever done. Spacious and well stocked with everything we needed. We will be staying here again! My only suggestion is to replace the door knob as it was difficult to open.

Great week in Kona at Turtle House!

My family had a great week at Turtle House. Plenty of space, well stocked kitchen, great location, and the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in on vacation! The pools and hot tubs were close by and one had a great view. Loved having coffee in the morning on the deck overlooking the bay. We would definitely stay here again!

Spacious quiet bay view

We enjoy Kanaloa condos. Seeing the bay off the nicely shaded main deck was nice. Each bedroom also had a deck. There were some kitchen seasonings and beach gear. No mats or beach chairs. We only missed a few more small size glasses and bowls because for four people we went through them too quickly for dishwasher. Condo pool and sports amenities nice. Drop in pickleball Wednesday nights. For an upper loft unit it did stay a little cooler with fans than some other loft units.

Home away from home.

Our host, Stacey, was very responsive and accommodating. We loved both the gorgeous view and the lovely condo. Thoughtful touches such as spices and bathroom items were comprehensive, as were all the kitchen supplies. We truly wished we had booked this spot for longer!

Wonderful

The property was even better than I anticipated. The variety of beach gear was wonderful. The home was very comfortable. Each lanai has a slightly different view and shade at different times of the day. In the morning, I drank coffee in different locations, depending on the position of the sun. the complex amenities were terrific. We watched whales from the Oceanside pool. I was a bit surprised that the master bedroom has a large opening (“window” or loft-like feel). This probably helped with airflow, but I was unable to turn any kitchen or living room lights on when I woke up earlier than my husband. Thankfully, the weather was perfect for me to sit on the lanai instead. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to return in the future.

Pleasant Stay!

We loved the location and set up of this property. It was convenient and quiet. We had a family of 6 and the pull out sofa was perfect for my dad so he didn’t have to go up the stairs. I think the best thing we really appreciated were all the little details that the owner included such as night lights, beach towels, soy sauce and spices, and other items that made our stay so welcoming. Also it was nice to have a washer/dryer right there. We even had the pool all to ourselves. We had no issues checking in or out. There is no AC but lots of fans and the unit gets pretty cool at night. My family agreed that we would stay here again. Thank you!

What a place!

The 5th time we’ve stayed at Turtlehouse and will be back next year. Friends who have been multiple times say it’s the most homelike unit they have seen and they have come for more than 20 years. Nothing more you can say. It’s likely the best on the island

This condo was spacious and had everything we needed during our short visit. The location is great -easy to go anywhere in the island. Every room had its private lanai with a view..highly recommended!

Spacious, well-stocked condo in great Kona location!

We loved our stay at the Turtle House :) We have3 kids and this condo was more than comfortable for us. The kids had their own room downstairs, and our master suite upstairs had its own bathroom and deck. The deck off the main living area was large and had a table for us to eat our meals outside with a view. We loved the Ocean Pool and had fun playing pickle ball on the tennis courts (we brought the pickle ball rackets). We really appreciated being able to borrow some snorkel gear as we were short a couple sets. When we ventured out, the complex was central to lots of great activities / beaches in the area and the main store was close enough for a 15 minute walk. Big time thanks to Stacey for the flexibility on the end of our trip as we had to stay in HI an extra day due to a snowstorm at home. Thank you!

Wonderful stay!

Our group of 4, stayed in Stacey's beautiful condo for a month. After a day of exploring the island, beaching and/or diving coming back to a well stocked, clean, and comfortable home was fantastic. We liked the floor plan. The lanais off each bedroom provided a space for each couple to have quiet time and the common area was great for chats, games, food, and drink. Stacey is an excellent host. She is easy to contact and to chat with. I whole-heartedly recommend this property. Thanks!

Well equipped and very relaxing

This home (condominium) was ideal for our stay....a spacious two bedroom home with many outdoor lanais and a view of the bay. The home had many extras that made our stay so easy-- beach towels, snorkels, even tennis racquets...it felt like we were staying with a friend. Everything was clean, comfortable (great beds) and relaxing.

Turtle House review

House was great and Lanai was awesome to sit out on everyday. Its real warm in summer and fans helped but still warm during daytime- so be prepared. Master bedroom was very comfortable and property was quiet and beautiful. Love to stay here again

Perfect location

The condo was in a good location, close to several beaches and downtown. Stacey was an amazing source of information. She had a complete list of activities both on VRBO and a very thorough folder in the house. She also was very helpful with questions. The condo was beautiful and had all the amenities needed.

Every window has a view!

This was a lovely surprise for my family. We could explore down to the bay just in our back yard. Enjoy spectacular sunset views from the balcony and along the shoreline. The pools are short skip from the front door. Be sure to slather on sunscreen!! We enjoyed this rental and highly recommend you do too!

Great quiet jewel

We stayed here for two weeks with my family. The home was clean and beautiful. The views are tremendous and the furniture comfortable and nice. The complex offers beautiful pools and walkways with friendly staff. It's very close to Kona but offers the peace and quiet of being south of the downtown. The bay offers private and wonderful snorkeling that has not been trampled by overcrowded touristy areas. The owner is very gracious and responded very quickly to every question. We loved our stay here!

As an avid cyclist, athlete, triathlete, and traveler Kona has become my second home and spiritual retreat. While not cycling I am busy educating students in the California Community Colleges and raising a teenager, two cats and a dog. I'd like to welcome all to my second home.
