The Key @ Largo is 8 minutes to Indian Rocks Beach (IRB), 8 minutes to Indian Shores Beach, 7 minutes to Splash Harbor Water Park. For the more adventurous (not too much) - 10 minute cycle and you can access Pinellas trail which extends for 45 miles from Tarpon Springs all the way to St Petersburg!!!

The property is a tranquil space ample enough for large groups up to 8 adults and 4 kids. The 4 bedrooms, 3 bath large floor plan provides lots of dining space with a pool and plunge tub. There is an additional hot tub with bar seating around and patio so the adults can enjoy social time while the kids enjoy the pool!

The house has being completely redecorated by co-host and experienced interior designer, Nicola. Updates include:

Fully equipped with everything you could need for your home away from home. ‘Jack and Jill’ entrance between a dining room with table to seat 10 to one side and the relaxing reading area to the other. There is more than enough space to host a dinner party or a family occasion. The kitchen even has a serving hatch through to the bar allowing you to keep your eye on the kiddo’s while they are in the pool or pass nibbles with ease!

A social hangout overlooking the pool provides the perfect spot for the grown ups to unwind after the kids are in bed or chat over morning coffee. There a bottle fridge to keep your favorite tipple chilled!
There is additional sofa seating and hanging chairs to relax and chat with board games for old and young and a flat screen TV with streaming services to watch the sport or catch a movie!
The bar has a pull out sofa bed with access to the pool bathroom (includes walk-in shower) so may serve as an additional bedroom


★★ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS – 4 BEDROOMS ★★

After an exciting day of sightseeing and soaking up the sun at the beach, you will be looking to rest for an equally entertaining tomorrow. Once you are ready to relax, please make your way to these comfortable bedrooms.

♛ Master Bedroom: King-Size Bed, huge walk in closet Ensuite Bathroom with walk in shower, TV / streaming services. The Master suite is on the opposite side of the house to everyone else providing the primary with their own space!

♛ Bedroom 2: King Bed with dedicated office area with TV / streaming services

♛ Bedroom 3: Queen-Size Bed with TV / streaming services

♛ Bedroom 4: 2 sets of Full Size Beds. Allows to sleep 4 guests. with TV / streaming services

♛ If it is just too far from the bar to the bed then The Bar has a double sleeper sofa. The room can be closed off and it has the added benefit of having access to the pool bath/shower room.

★★ Security Camera Disclaimer ★★

There are 3 Google NEST cameras at the home which record both visually and audibly. One camera located in the front porch, one by the garage monitoring the parking spaces and road and the final one is by the side door. There are no cameras inside the home or facing any personal areas. The purpose of these cameras is to monitor the property's access and security while vacant. We take your privacy and safety very seriously. Neither camera is monitored while guests are present unless there is an emergency.
