Welcome to Green Gables! This charming, classic Seaside, FL cottage is located on the lovely Forest Street just around the corner from Seaside Avenue, the family park, and the family pool. This home has a prime location just a 5-minute walk to the beach access and only a 5-minute walk to the Seaside Amphitheater where you have over 35 shops and restaurants within walking distance from your front door!

Guests can arrive and park in private parking to spy a bright green beach cottage, surrounded by plenty of greenery and trees in the generous yard, making this guest cottage feel very private for your beach escape. Private entry to this cottage can be located inside of a furnished, screened front porch, with lounge seating for two, as well as dual-facing benches and an outdoor fan. This porch space is perfectly tucked in between the shaded front and back yard areas, providing a private, relaxing space for morning coffee or evening chats after an amazing day at the beach. This cottage additionally has a backyard area, with even more enchanting trees and greenery, with an outdoor shower and a walkway that comes off the first-level queen room, leading to the footpath behind the cottage.

Step inside and into the first level to find the queen bedroom to the left, with a window seat, flatscreen TV, plenty of storage space, and access to the backyard via double doors. The first level also features a full bath, with a single vanity and a shower. Head up a set of stairs to land in the airy, open second level with high ceilings. This level features a generous living area to the right, with a flat-screen TV, seating for all and a private, Juliette balcony that overlooks the backyard area. There is a dining area for 3 nearby. A fully equipped kitchen lives nearby, featuring a four burner electrical stove top & oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster, and an under-counter fridge. All the necessary kitchen items to prepare meals at home after long beach days. Also on this level off the kitchen is another Juliette balcony that overlooks charming and quiet Forest Street.
