Plus, parking is hassle-free with a shared tandem parking space available in the driveway. You’ll also appreciate the on-site washer and dryer, as well as a private yard for relaxing and gathering.

Guest Access:

This home does not have any shared walls and grants complete privacy which is hard to come by in Mission Beach! You will have full access to both the front and back verandas as well as the entire inside of the bungalow. The home can be accessed using a keypad code, so you can come and go as you please!

As dedicated hosts, you can be assured we will respond quickly and be attentive to your needs at any time during your stay. Your satisfaction is our priority! We are available 24/7 for any questions or issues you may have!

Other Details to Note:

Your health and safety are our top priorities. Our home undergoes professional cleaning and disinfection before every stay.

There are neighbors nearby-please do not disturb them, especially during overnight quiet hours.

Driveway parking and games/beach gear are shared with the house next door. Street parking is free. You may need to communicate with the unit next door if a vehicle needs to be moved.

Please inquire about availability if you would like to book the house next door in addition to this home, as this will provide more space, parking, and exclusive access to amenities.

A pet fee of $100 per pet applies for up to two small dogs. Cats are only permitted with pre-approval from the host.

The home has heat/AC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.

Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedules to accommodate these requests.
