Indulge in the luxury of our upstairs master bedroom, complete with a king-sized bed, chic décor, a walk-in closet, a Smart TV, and an updated ensuite bathroom, even with his and hers sinks. You'll find two more bedrooms upstairs, each equipped with comfortable queen-sized beds and a rollaway bed; and a full guest bathroom, with two sinks, and a shower/tub combo.

Downstairs, you'll find a secondary master suite, equipped with a queen-over-queen bunkbed and a rollaway bed with its own bathroom ensuite as well!

Lastly, also downstairs, you'll experience our cute, eccentric half-bath, powder room, for all your quick refresh needs!

Each bathroom provides complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, Q-Tips, cotton balls, and tampons! Don't worry, we've got all the essentials covered!

Spool is ran as a pool during the day and jacuzzi during the evening, they are not separate. For your safety, we ask guests to refrain from diving or running on the pool deck. This pool and spa - heating available for an additional fee, swim at your own risk.

Enjoy the breathtaking beauty of Terra Lago Lake from the comfort of our home. While this stunning body of water is perfect for admiring, it’s important to remember that it’s a NON-CONTACT lake—no fishing, boating, swimming, or pets in the water, please!

During the warmer months, you might spot some natural algae or occasional debris along the shoreline. Don’t worry! The HOA keeps things tidy with regular cleanings every Tuesday and Thursday, but the lake's appearance can change between visits. It’s just nature doing its thing—adding to the charm of your peaceful retreat!

Please note that while the propane tanks may not be full, they can be easily refilled by guests. So don't worry, we've got you covered - simply send us the receipt from the propane exchange, and we'll happily reimburse you for the cost, ensuring your grilling experience is always top-notch!

Dive into pure relaxation in our inviting spool, perfect for refreshing swims on a sunny day or evening lounging by the water's edge. Yes, you read that right-- Spool! -- our spool functions as both a pool AND spa! We kindly remind you that the spool area is not separately fenced, nor is the lake edge fenced, so please watch those that may not be strong swimmers; there is no lifeguard on duty, and to swim at your own risk. For your safety, we ask guests to refrain from diving or running on the pool deck.

Elevate your stay with the option to heat our sparkling Spool, available for an additional fee. To ensure your comfort, please let us know in advance if you'd like the spool heater turned on, as it takes approximately 24 hours to reach the desired temperature. Spool heating fees must be paid in advance and cover a minimum of two consecutive nights of your reservation to account for the time and energy required.

Please note, the pool and spa are not separate. Our spool is both a pool and spa.

Unwind and enjoy your entire private vacation rental. Our beautiful Terra Lago community offers charming walking paths and a peaceful neighborhood atmosphere, perfect for evening strolls. Guest's have access to the entire home, including garage, backyard, and interior of the home. Please note that this is a townhome, so while we expect your privacy to be maintained throughout your stay, there is one shared-wall with the neighbors.

As guest's arrive the exclusive gated community entrance, please note that all guests must be registered with the HOA prior to arrival at the gate. Host will require you provide the first and last names of all guests in your party in order to register for you ahead of time. If you arrive to the gate without completing registration, the gate attendant will turn you away and you will not be granted access. Once you're registered, check-in is simple! Pull up to the gate, give your name and address, and they'll point you on your way!

Parking must be in the driveway or garage, and is not permitted on the street. The HOA has been known to fine for parking violations, which will incur at the cost of the guest. There are two spots available in the garage and two on the driveway.

Once parked, the guest will enter the home through a 24/7 electronic smart lock to come and go as they please!

As we are in a gated community, we do have to comply with HOA regulations. This is a no-touch lake, meaning there is no swimming, boating, fishing, or lake access. Also, all guests must be registered, and excessive occupancy will be reported. Any fines incurred are the responsibility of the guest.

🚫 Lake access restricted by HOA - sorry, no fishing or swimming. No bodily contact with the lake whatsoever. HOA fines of $750+, will be charged to guests if violated.

💸 $750 fine for any HOA violations charged back to the guest!

🌿 It's important to note that during the hotter months, natural algae buildup may be present along the water line. As well as landscaping debris and occasional trash due to the occasional high winds in that area. The community's HOA maintains the lake twice a week.
