The Space:
Clearwater boasts clean lines and a modern design. You'll enjoy all the amenities of your Presidential Reserve 4 bedroom/3.25 bath condo that is stunning 2263 sq ft! The open master bedroom has a king bed, an attached en suite. The second master bedroom has a king bed. The third and fourth bedroom have two double beds. In the living room there is a queen sofa sleeper, and access to the balcony/patio where you can enjoy the sights with your guests. This condo can accommodate up to 14 guests!  A full kitchen and a dining room, allows you the option to prepare your own meals and enjoy the convenience of dining in. It also includes a washer and dryer in-unit. With all the necessary amenities, and so much fun to have in the sun, you're sure to make memories to last a lifetime!

The resort can accommodate one vehicle per reservation in the parking garage for self-parking. Vehicles must be shorter than 7’2”. Vehicles that exceed the maximum garage height must park off-site at the owners’ expense.

Owners receive one complimentary parking space (self-parking). Any additional owner or guest vehicles can self-park for $20 per night. Parking spaces are limited, and overages will have to use valet parking for $35 per night (plus tax).
