Our cottage is designed for your comfort and convenience, featuring a hot tub, a laptop workstation, and a Peloton bike. Enjoy a variety of games, including Cornhole, cards, board games, and indoor basketball. The fourth bedroom is a cozy, converted basement area.
Just 25 yards from the house is our private stable. Enjoy the serene sight of horses roaming the pastures right outside your window. Whether you're an equestrian enthusiast or simply seeking a unique countryside experience, our home offers a tranquil retreat perfect for relaxation and adventure.

Teach your kids to fish in our private pond, home to largemouth bass, bluegill, and catfish. Whether you're an avid angler or just looking to unwind by the water, our property offers a peaceful escape where you can catch and release to your heart's content.

Setting off fireworks is illegal even though you can buy them in the area. You will be fined.

$50 guest insurance included in the final price. It is both guest and host insurance and is not optional.

Any smell of any form of smoking (tobacco, vaping, marijuana, hookah, etc) will result in additional charges. Smoking inside the home of any kind will result in a $1000 fine.

You are allowed to fish in the pond- "catch and release".

We only allow parking for 6 cars in the property.

Late check-out and early check-in may be available for a small fee, depending on availability.

Undisclosed or unapproved pets will incur a charge of $250 to $500, per night.


Please avoid parking on the grass. Guests are welcome to park their vehicles on the driveway.

Please be aware that as the booking party, you are responsible for reimbursing any fines or fees incurred during your stay. In the event that a fine is issued, we will handle the payment and request reimbursement from you after your stay is completed.

Fireplace Use Policy:
For the safety and preservation of our historic cottage, we kindly ask that guests refrain from using the fireplace. Due to the delicate nature of the home's architecture, the fireplace is decorative only and not suitable for use. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us protect this special part of our property.
