Additional:

Please note if you are staying for more than 30 nights, we require a Mid-stay clean at your expense. We just want to make sure the home is kept clean and in good conditions. The cleaning also includes changing the linen in the home.

As part of the guest responsibility, we ask that you are mindful of the electricity usage as we only cover up to $300 in utility bills and the excess will be billed back to you. We have never had a guest use more than $250 so this should not be an issue at all as long as the AC is not set to 65 when no one is in the home.

Parking:

On-Site Parking: There is a private driveway available that can comfortably accommodate up to 2 vehicles. Feel free to park your cars here for the duration of your stay.

Street Parking: Additional street parking is available directly in front of the house. This area is typically uncrowded, making it easy to find a spot.

Garage Access: If you need secure parking, we also provide access to a single-car garage. Please let us know in advance if you would like to use the garage so we can make arrangements.

Parking Rules:

Please ensure your vehicles are parked within designated areas and do not block the neighbors' driveways.

Be mindful of any local street parking regulations to avoid fines or towing.

For your safety, do not leave valuables in your vehicles.

Well behaved cats and dogs with non-refundable deposit ($200 per pet per stay ). Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog.
