804 Ocean Boulevard a ��té enti��rement redécor�� au printemps 2016, mais avec ses vérandas grillagées et plan d'��tage ouvert, il conserve son charme du Sud! La maison de six chambres, quatre salles de bains peut accueillir confortablement 12 personnes. Grand salon ouvert et salle à manger à deux fenêtres de l'histoire. Table de salle �� manger peut accueillir 12. Le plan d'étage ouvert dispose d'une cuisine enti��rement ��quip��e avec des comptoirs en granit et un four double, de sorte que l'alimentation de l'ensemble du groupe est un jeu d'enfant. Grand ��cran TV dans le salon principal, il y a aussi une salle de médias au deuxième étage fait pour se pr��lasser avec une table de pub, un canapé confortable, une grande t��lévision à ��cran plat.

La chambre principale dispose d'une terrasse privée donnant sur l'océan Atlantique et une salle de bains avec baignoire jacuzzi afin que vous puissiez vous détendre complètement �� la fin de la journée.

Lorsque vous êtes prêt à aller à l'extérieur, vous allez adorer la promenade privé à la plage et une douche ext��rieure pour rincer apr��s une journée dans les vagues!

C��ble, WiFi, et les draps sont inclus. Gas Grill est situé sur la marche arrière du panneau. Cheminée est pas pour les clients. Non fumeur ou animaux acceptés.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 5th experience with Island Realty and our 3rd in this house. The company is great with a particular shout out to the maintenance department who are on top of any issues and very helpful and the front desk crew that is friendly and accommodating. The house is perfect for us. It is not super updated which is fine, it's a beach house and I don't want to panic if any little thing goes wrong on our side – the fact is, some sand is going to come in! Everything works, it's a great design, and there is tons of room to get together or find a little privacy. Wonderful stay – thanks to everyone.PS - I am a hard grader!

One of the best waterfront rentals on IOP

A little disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately the house didn't match the price and expectations. Lots of items were unsatisfactory. For example, one bathroom had a broken shower door, which was just sitting in front of the toilet instead of being installed. So when you showered the bathroom got wet and when you used the toilet you were cramped. Speaking of toilets. They are old with worn toilet seats and clogging issues. The TV in the main living room turned on but couldn't find channels. The main lights in 3 bedrooms didn't turn on.The frying pans were bent, so you had to try to balance them, so you could fry some eggs. One bathroom was dirty and one bedroom had dirty sheets. Overall the house was worn. The location is great but the house is disappointing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay. This portion of the beach is nice. The house has some thoughtful features - doors that close off the living areas from the sleeping areas; multiple towel hooks in the bathrooms; a walk-in pantry; two coffee makers; enough coffee table space for a jigsaw puzzle. The large square dining table is WONDERFUL and helps make meal time “together time” even for a large group. As others have mentioned, the house needs some basic preventive maintenance and additional repair. Beware the warped stair. The new decking is very nice.

Beautiful house beautiful ocean views

Great stay with 6 adults and 1,2 & 4 year old. I don’t understand some of the negative comments. Everything worked great- 2 fridges, every utensil, dinnerware, and cookware you need. The grill needed cleaning but it worked-you expect it with all rentals. Beautiful views from every room. Beach access was great with an outdoor shower. I do wish they just gave you the access code. You had to stop at the office to get it

Lovely house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were fortunate to be able to stay for a few weeks in the slow season and had a super time. The location of the house is close enough to town to allow for walking to dinner and the grocery store and it is a nice walk the other direction all the way to the Sullivan's Island cut. If you are very particular the fact that the kitchen and bathrooms are a little dated might bother you but they are totally fine and in perfect working order so we think it's great. The layout of the house is open and the furniture is just fine- beach house, cosy, not fussy. Island Realty is really great. They are friendly, organized and perfectly responsive when needed.

And much closer to the water than any of the neighboring houses! Spacious living areas with a bonus den upstairs. Kitchen has everything you would need. Balconies off three of the bedrooms for privacy and views. Great location! Some of the furniture and fixtures are showing their age but overall a great place for a memory/filled vacation!

Perfect fall weekend

Comfortable Beachfront House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for a week in May, seven adults and a toddler, and we all loved it. Since there are several common areas we never felt like we were crowded and could have a place to be alone if we wanted. Great location -- it's in a very quiet part of the front beach and even at high tide there was plenty of beach area. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, glassware and serving pieces and there are two refrigerators. There was ample, comfortable seating in both the living areas and kitchen table. Seating outside was adequate for eight of us. There are several restaurants within walking distance which is great because parking in the area is limited. This is not a fancy, modern house, but from our standpoint we weren't looking for that -- it was comfortable, clean and offered everything we needed.

Reviewer Comments: Nice house, very homey, great location.Needs a larger SMART TV in the main living room, more deck furniture to accommodate 12 people which is what the house sleeps. Bathrooms need updated badly. I would rent it again if those items I mentioned were completed.
