À propos de cet hébergement

Condo au 1er étage dans un centre de villégiature très familial offrant de nombreuses commodités de qualité qui vous permettent de rester sur place. Vous aurez beaucoup d'options pour remplir votre séjour avec des souvenirs inestimables. Notre condo a été récemment mis à jour (printemps 2017) avec deux nouvelles salles de bains et un nouveau tapis dans la grande chambre et les chambres, la nouvelle cuisine et les planchers au printemps '18. Le pont offre une vue magnifique sur la cour et une grande piscine / toboggan aquatique / vue sur l'océan minime.
Il y a un passage de votre porte d'entrée à la plage, à moins de 1000 pieds. Les plages sont grandes, très propres et l'océan est généralement convivial.

Nice Atlantic beach property

Loved the property amenities were nice. Close proximity to Beaufort, Emerald Isle and New Bern. A very relaxing chill.

Great place to stay!

It’s a short walk from the condo to the beach. There are indoor and outdoor pools, a mini golf course, and a playground, which is plenty to keep the kids entertained! The condo itself is well stocked and comfortable. It’s a great place to bring the family!

Week at the beach

A Place at the Beach is a great place to stay with your family. The amenities and location are perfect. This particular rental was clean, conveniently located within the resort and made the time spent inside feel like home. I would recommend this place!!

Excellent place for a family.

A very concerned and helpful owner.

I am not a beach person but came to be able to watch my grandson play football at a local high school. I was there mostly by myself but enjoyed having the larger place because I was able to have two family visitors for a few days. Support from front office people and owner was terrific and I enjoyed watching the people going down the slide into the big pool and having so much fun.

A great stay at the beach

Atlantic Beach is a fun family destination and A Place At The Beach is a great place to stay and enjoy it. The pools, common spaces and boardwalks to the beach were clean, nice and well-maintained. Paul and Deb's place was comfortable and had everything we needed and they were gracious hosts. Would definitely recommend for a family beach vacation!

Great time at the beach

We’ve stayed at this complex many times, but this was our first time in this specific condo. The location was really nice - not too far from the pool, beach, or parking lot. The condo was updated and clean. It was a nice fit for our family of six. Communication with our host was good and he was very responsive. We’d definitely stay here again!

I love the location, the facility and mostly the room we call home for a week! It’s clean, well furnished and just is great condition!! Currently we are working on our 3 reservation. The owners were alway just a call or email away if we had any questions, just absolutely wonderful people!!

Stay at Atlantic Beach, NC

The house had been newly remodeled. Everything was clean and easy to use. The house was approximately 100 ft. from a beach access point. The landlady was very helpful in providing anything we needed to make our stay more enjoyable. We would rent this house again.

Good location.

Location was excellent. Not too far to the beach, & pool slide was a lot of fun. Overall unit was clean and comfortable. We are used to a king bed, so the full felt confining and was much harder then we are used to. Was told that the twins were comfy. We enjoyed our stay, only sorry our week went by so fast.

The pool was closed

The rental was nice and the owner was responsive: we were very disappointed with the resort for advertising such a beautiful resort pool with water slide…. Not open and no explanation. The whole focus of the advertisement was the pool area. So we got to look at the pool from our “pool view room “.

Nice getaway

The condo is a nice little getaway. The resort does have many amenities - indoor pool, outdoor pool, playground, cornhole, mini-golf, beach washing station. Everything was well maintained and as pictured. The condo has plenty of cooking ware, dishes, utensils, cups and the washer/dryer was definitely helpful. I especially liked that all the beds were made on arrival so there was one less thing for setup. My only recommendation for the owners would be to perhaps provide more trash bags (I don't recall having to bring them for other rentals) and refund security deposit a little quicker (still waiting 12 days after rental). Overall it was a very nice stay with plenty to do at the resort and local attractions like Fort Macon and Beaufort with the wild horses not being too far.

Great place!

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. Location on the property was perfect for our family with young kids. Unit faces the pool and an easy walk to the beach with no steps. We really enjoy this complex and all the amenities like the courts, mini golf, huge lawn, playground, waterslide. Both bathrooms in this unit look new and nicely done. The kitchen could use a few extra cooking utensils (esp large metal tongs and large metal spatula that can be used on the grills that are on the property) and an extra queen blanket (for the pull-out sofa). The unit was nice and clean, the towels were all good and thick, the linens were decent, everything was in good order, there was a small supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and detergent. My husband did say the master bed was too firm and suggested ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Thanks for sharing your place!

Great Option for Families

This is our third stay at APATB, and the resort is great for families with kids – always something to keep everyone entertained and happy! We noticed an increase in resort staff this year which we appreciated – everything felt a little cleaner and better taken care of. The outdoor pool is always a hit with the slide and plenty of seating, and the indoor pool is a great option when the weather is questionable. This condo is all about location. It has a direct view of the pool area, and thanks to the first-floor locale and new walkway, makes for a very easy walk to the beach - no stairs! The floors are great for easy sweeping, the mattress in the master bedroom felt brand new, and the large counter space with big mirror in the family room is great for additional counter space. The kitchen could be better stocked for cooking – frying pan/skillets, plastic cups, and another cookie sheet. A black out curtain would be great for the front bedroom – the lights from the walkway stay on all night and that bedroom never gets dark. We very much appreciated that the owners provided a ton of toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, some coffee k-cups, a few trash bags to get us started – and lots of towels. Definitely would stay in this condo again!
