Situated in an upmarket residential area of Nerja, this luxury villa is just 12 minutes walk to the town centre and Burriana beach. The villa is furnished to an exacting specification with many pieces of original art. A wrap around terrace looks over a magnificent new ten metre pool and huge terrace with outdoor furniture. Inside, you will find Satellite TV, DVD and free wifi connection. The property is set in its own private walled garden, secured with electric gates. Upstairs there are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, a large living/dining area, fully fitted modern kitchen and 2 excellent bathrooms. Downstairs, a further 4 double bedrooms, bathroom and family room can be found with TV and DVD. A second new fully fitted kitchen completes the property, allowing more than one family to enjoy their stay. A private driveway, parking up to 8 cars, leads to a double garage containing a separate washing machine and tumble dryer.

More than one family can enjoy this villa.: This wonderful property has two separate living/dining areas and two fully equipped kitchens which will allow more than one family or group to enjoy their holiday together.

The feel of a Boutique Hotel. : The owners of this property have tried to give it the feel of a small boutique hotel. It boasts contemporary furniture and many pieces of original artwork. Previous guests have returned many times.

Holiday stay

We had a fantastic family holiday in the villa . The large pool was a big hit .Everyone had a fantastic time . The villa was very spacious and comfortable. A steep walk down to the beach but the pool Helton our return. Outside area great. Highly recommend

Great Pool and outside area

We had a great 2 week break with a group of 12. Disappointed with the cleanliness of the property, by example at the end of week 1 the cleaners only changed the bed sheets and towels and did not carry out any cleaning of toilets etc. Also there was no form of welcome pack at all. Literally 1 toilet roll per toilet and there was only a salt and vinegar bottle in the kitchen and some old spirits . We had spotted that the cleaners took all the surplus goods such as washing up liquid, cleaning materials, shower gel, wine & beer that had been left by the previous guests. Suffice to say we did not leave stuff for the cleaners to hoover up on leaving! The best aspect of the villa are the large outdoor pool that was used heavily. The pool got a clean after the first week but that appeared insufficient with the water becoming cloudy and a scum on the sides of the pool within a few days. There was no WiFi for 4 days due to the owner changing provider. Not a show stopper but it annoyed the younger members of our group. The good balcony with large tables overlooking the garden are where most meals and social activities took place. The downstairs kitchen is just only useful for the second fridge, otherwise it was unused. The downstairs lounge is a waste of space and probably would convert more usefully to another bedroom. The other bone of contention being that during days of 30 degree heat the whole of the downstairs has no air conditioning and relies on movable fans. Could be better.

Nice property in excellent location

We stayed at the villa for a week and had a wonderful time. The villa is in a wonderful location being only a few minutes walk into Nerja. The villa is well appointed and the pool /garden in particular is lovely as it gets the sun all day

Lovely large villa, pool and grounds for our 3-generation family holiday

The villa with large lounges, covered verandah with tables to seat 14 was easily large enough to enjoyably accommodate 12 of us, two grandparents, three children and their partners and four grandchildren aged 2-11. Pool with steps in was great (though not as warm as hoped, but this was because of being late October and not our best Nerja weather week). We ALL agreed we would be happy to stay here again.

Family holiday

Good location although there is a steep climb back from tje beaches, we was on a family holiday and the villa did its job, we had excellent contact with the owners with supper quick reply with a couple of issues that we had, the pool definitely made the holiday for the grandchildren, would definitely stay again.

Nerja villa

We stayed for a week from 8-15 July23. We are just home and wanted to leave a review of the villa we stayed at. We only needed it for 10 guests however could easily have slept 14 adults. A very spacious villa with 3 bathrooms 7 bedrooms 2 kitchens 2 living rooms/dining a large garage with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Large outside area with a great sized pool, dining table for up to 14 and ample loungers. All in all a fabulous space to stay and only about 15 mins walk to the Balkan area. Great wee cafes and pubs nearby. We would highly recommend this villa as we felt very safe. We had speedy responses from the owners when we needed to ask anything and that helped us lots. 5 stars!!!

The villa is perfect for a large group and is extremely well furnished with an excellent pool. A very short walk to both the local supermarkets and the restaurants in Nerja and also only a short walk to the beach

Perfect house in Nerja

Excellent location. Nice terrass and pool area. 7 good sized bedrooms. Kitchen utensils could be upgraded (at least kitchen knives). Oven a bit too slow. Can really recommend this house.

We had a fantastic time the Villa was brilliant and everyone had such a great holiday that nobody wanted to go home. The Villa had everything that you would need and the pool was so good we had to force the children out of it every day.

Such an amazing stay

Had an amazing stay (9x adults and 2x infants) a decade after our first stay. The property is in a fantastic location and close to both Balcon as well as Burriana. The property has everything you could ask for and the hosts were really helpful. Will absolutely be looking to stay again (hopefully sooner than another decade) Fantastic Stay

Good villa, location ok, few aspects lacking

Nice villa, lovely pool and outdoor space. A few things bothered me which could easily be rectified. There were no tea towels in the kitchen or oven gloves? No washing up liquid, kitchen roll. One toilet roll in each bathroom. No soap in the bathrooms. I am aware we were self catering but in very many other places I’ve stayed these things were there especially essentials like oven gloves. A nice touch would have been a bottle of water in the fridge, many places do that also and is very welcome.

Familjesemester i Nerja

Huset passar väldigt bra för många och för flera generationer, då det finns gott om utrymme, vi var 7 vuxna och 5 barn mellan 3 och 8 år. Läget är fantastiskt, lugnt och ändå gångavstånd till det mesta. Det som uppskattades mest av barnen var den stora, fina poolen i trädgården. Villan är något sliten, och vissa saker skulle behöva förnyas, ex utrustning i köket. Det fanns fullt med knivar, men alla oslipade, en mycket dålig skalare till grönsaker, långsam uppvärmning av ugn och plattor, vilket gav upphov till frustration hos oss, som gärna ville laga många måltider och äta tillsammans i villan. Nätterna var kallare i oktober och det fanns inga filtar/ täcken, vilket dock åtgärdades av ägaren efter förfrågan. Trots lite skavanker kan vi rekommendera detta hus för många personer i alla åldrar!

Beautiful Villa

The villa is very spacious and has all the amenities and equipment you would expect. The swimming pool was a massive hit with my Grandchildren. The location is perfect for both the beach and the town centre. I’ll definitely be back

Mal gestionado

Casa grande y lujosa la cual no ha sido manejada de la misma manera por los que la gestionan. Primero de todo, la casa no contaba con cosas mínimas como trapos de limpieza, estropajos etc que dado el precio de la semana, creo que no hubiese costado añadir este tipo de detalles que no cuestan nada. El segundo día vinieron a arreglar el aire acondicionado pero nadie nos avisó no que estaba estropeado ni que iba a venir alguien con lo cual no estuvimos seguros de que fuese así. Por otro lado, les escribimos para comentarles que la lavadora no funcionaba y que si iban a arreglarla con ninguna respuesta de su parte. Esto, dado las 10 personas que estábamos durante toda la semana si originó problemas obvios en cuanto a ropa sucia. Por último, les pedimos si de alguna manera podíamos dejar la casa a las 11 en vez de las 10 para poder recoger todas las cosas que teníamos y se negaron en rotundo. Lo dicho, una casa genial con una gestión pésima

Large villa and pool in a pleasant residential street about 10 - 15 steep walk to the beach.

Spacious villa arranged as two flats with an internal stone flight of steps connecting them. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, lounge and kitchen. Downstairs has 4 bedrooms, but only one shower room, lounge and kitchen. No bath for younger children. Neither lounge has enough comfy seating for more than 7/8 which could present a problem for large groups off season. There is a very long, narrow covered terrace on the upper floor for outside eating (the indoor dining table only seats 6/8), but it is inadequately lit at night (not helped by one of the lights not working and not attended to during our stay). Secure parking for several cars was a bonus. Nice garden and loungers for 8 people. Pool clean and a good size. Nerja itself is very pleasant with nice beaches and interesting old town. Caves just outside the town well worth a visit.
