LOCATION – as if the house and amenities weren’t enough, the location is THE BEST. This high-end custom built home is in the heart of a new development located near downtown which puts it within walking distance of some amazing things including the Armory, the Farmer’s Market, Howard Park, the newly renovated Riverwalk and bunches of coffee shops, restaurants and bars. If you’re here for Notre Dame, it’s just two miles up the street - literally. Out street ends at the Golden Dome on one side and the beautiful St. Joseph River on the other. When it comes to having all that South Bend offers close by, you can’t beat this location.
