The Space:
Welcome to EllaGracePlace! The top level of the home features an updated kitchen equipped with new appliances and bar seating, making it a functional and stylish space for cooking and socializing. The open-concept dining area includes a door leading to the screened-in porch, perfect for indoor-outdoor dining. The living area offers a comfortable couch, a gas fireplace, a TV, and access to the sun deck, which is furnished with seating for outdoor relaxation with a view. Additionally, this level includes a half bathroom for convenience.

The mid level includes a laundry closet and several bedrooms. There's a king bedroom with an en-suite bath, a queen bedroom, and two bedrooms each with two twin beds. A hallway full bath serves these rooms, providing ample accommodation for family and guests.

On the ground floor, there is an enclosed storage space to keep beach belongings secure and organized. **Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.
