Upstairs is a fully finished attic space with a twin-sized trundle bed (sleeps two children). The cozy backyard has a covered patio.

The property is located one block from The Garland District where you'll find restaurants, bars, antique/thrift shops, coffeeshops, and even a vinyl record store.
