This Condo is in a resort minutes from the world-famous Banff National Park, Policeman Creek Trail, and Canmore Nordic Centre. You'll find a handful of restaurants and cafes in Canmore.

Known for scenery, outdoor activities, and wildlife, Canmore has been a primary vacation destination for couples and families with many things to see and do. To make the most of your trip, we always recommend guests to bring their car to see all Canmore has to offer.

The public Canmore Roam Bus is also a great way to explore the local area. The Banff-Canmore Regional Service also regularly runs between Banff and Canmore.

-We have one dedicated parking spot for our guest's use.

-The parking garage has a maximum height capacity of 6.5 ft.

-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.

-Parkade cleaning is scheduled on April 22, 2025 between 9AM to 5PM. All vehicles must be moved out of the parkade. Please use above ground and street parking until access is permitted.
We have these rules not to penalize guests. We have these rules to ensure that all guests staying at the building have a positive experience.

1. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down in order to comply with the local noise bylaws. Noise violation fines range from $50 to $200 depending on the severity of the complaint. This will be charged to the guest if a noise violation report is received.

2. SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed in the condo. There is a fine of $200-$500 if the property managers find evidence of smoking inside the condo.

3. CHECK-OUT TIME: We have a check-out time at 11AM. Unauthorized late check-outs will result to a charge of the nightly rate.

4. CHECK-IN TIME: We have a check-in time at 4PM. Unauthorized early check-ins will result in a charge the nightly rate.

5. Pets
The unit is not pet-friendly. There is a fine of $200-$500 if the property managers find evidence of unauthorized pet/s in the unit.

6. We want your stay to go as smoothly as possible. We do not advise mailing items to the unit as we do not have access to a mailbox. However, you may take advantage of Canada Post's FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered. You may also rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages there if you are staying for a longer period."

7. It is the guest's responsibility to make sure no items are left behind at the property. If an item is found after checkout, we have a process in place for mailing the item. As we are not liable for forgotten or lost items, the guest has to cover any related mailing costs.
